It's serving for the purpose I bought it but not for the features I wanted should I have known better when buying it so I have to buy another one that has TV control power, volume and voice command. This one is very basic.

Picture on tv is better with roku than regular tv.

We’re leaving behind satellite tv, and the Roku allows us to add our TV apps easily. The remote is a must have. It even made our 3 year old “smart” tv smarter by allowing it to use newer apps.

My purchase has had mixed feelings. Pros, ease of use/interface is awesome, remote is awesome, app selection is great. Cons, I personally have had "lags?". YouTube TV on several occasions will buffer multiple times (I've got 500 Mbps download, it's on WiFi so could be my internet) but the only way to fix the issue is either unpuggling the Roku or reconnecting to the Wifi. I've also had instances where the Roku has froze and restarted itself. 85% of the time, it's seemless. But that other 15% is frustrating. This player is for a select group of buyers. I personally wouldn't have spent the money on the Ultra and would have tried something different.

I have an older Roku that has been great. When I saw this one on sale I decided to get another so we can move the older one to the kids play area. We love the Disney+ shortcut button on the new remotes.

Better channels than fire tv thats for sure. A complete Carol Burnett channel that i can watch all day. I may retire 1 of my fire tv sticks for 2 more these

I love my Roku, especially the fact it’s compatible with the Spectrum Cable TV app. It saved me money since I don’t have to rent extra Cable boxes, plus all of the apps I want are Roku compatible!

Great if you love movies and don't like cable bills

I searched for something for Father’s Day. This was a great present for my dad. He loves watching movies, so I thought this would be the perfect present and it was. He loved all the programs offered through Roku.

Very easy to setup and connects quick to my WiFi. Very responsive to commands and easy to use. No power on or off option is kinda a frustrating instead it goes into a sleep mode when not in use.

It works very well for my tv that does not have an internet connection. I can view shoe I haven’t seen in decades on roku tv, as well as view items in apps.

Put a Roku in the bedroom and got rid of my cable box which saves a few dollars. I love all the networks available ,we use appletv and Netflix mostly but also like the variety of news networks.

Great value for the money. It opens the door to spend a lot more though, so be aware of that. There are, however, plenty of free channels and features.

So far, after the first few weeks, this has been fine. Got the ROKU because our Samsung Smart TV didn't have access to some streaming channels. We've had issues with ROKUs losing their ability to connect to internet. But for the price, we were willing to give this one a try.

Easy to set up. Works ok once one gets used to it.

Love everything about this Roku except it has gone out twice. Only for a minutes then it resets and is back to being awesome. I’m not sure if it’s the Internet connection that’s causing it to do that or the Roku itself. Either way it’s not that big of a deal and I love it!

Works like a charm, no skipping of frames or degradation in picture quality while watching anything on the variety of apps Roku offers. Menu can be a bit cluttered with Advertisements which takes away from the feel at times, but that's the world we live in now and doesn't hurt the overall experience too much at all.

This does what it is supposed to do; however, after a month, I just got a notice this morning that it doesn’t have power to work ... & it didn’t. Have nice other plug ins on my computer, so will have to get someone out to reconfigure. The fun never stops with technology!

Roku platform is proven and excellent. Compared to my roku 4 this thing strait up balls. No issues, responsive to the remote, and never freezes or has issues. What can I say? It’s a reliable roku.

I was going to get one for my dumb tv. I just could not justify the cost for this. now it is cheaper now the tv I have saved works like a smart tv
