We are old ROkU customer . I think all my rooms has Roku player. It is first purchase for this model. It works great. Good Internet speed. No hiccup. However this model does not have Ethernet point to connect. it is just wireless. Wireless power is good.

Awesome! Another great Roku product! Only thing missing is a headphone port on the unit. I guess user-assignable quick channel selections would be cool too, but GREAT device and have been using Roku for YEARS!

still in package, like to give positive rating because others have told me it is excellent. Your company needs to have some settings for not using the product at present .

Great streamer, I recommend spending a little more for the one that has power and volume on the remote.

Works great. Samsung Smart tv did not have CBS ALL ACCESS and I did not like the Samsung tv interface. Hooked this up and it works fine just like my Roku tv in the other room.

Takes more steps to get to a program than a Comcast or AT&T remote. Comcast has dropped the signal for Roku twice . No tv for 5 days .

We bought this because we were so fed up with the cable company increasing our bill every 6 months, which also made us have to give up some of the channels to be able to afford it! The Roku has been "just ok". After having cable for 30 + years, the Roku just doesn't hold a candle to cable in our opinion. We're not impressed with the remote at all, actually it's a lot of trouble! We have the same internet as we did when we had cable but with the Roku sometimes programs just won't start until we completely start everything over again, and that's aggravating; not real impressed with recording either.

Recently purchased Jabra ear buds. On line for in store pick up. Sale price was very good. First set was defective. I was able to Exchange hassle free.

This is compatible with both Amazon Prime and the Xfinity stream app, which is what I wanted. Other devices are not. Set up is a breeze and the seemingly endless list of stations is awesome. Only 4 stars because it, on occasion, looses the WiFi connection which is annoying.

I absolutely love this product. It’s the best thing you can purchase if your smart TVs is limited on the apps that it can download.

This is the best route to go. I’ve used the fire stick, and Apple TV. This works with all my streaming services, including Apple TV. Definitely the best route to go. The ability to use my phone as a remote, and for sound through my ear phones is a plus.

After a little bit of confusion, all work out great. Roku tech support was very helpful. I'm getting rid of Comcast 2nd box and $5.00 monthly fee. Roku will pay for itself in 6 month

Our first time. No cable only WiFi’s at home. Lots free trails to try out as well. You tube I use most , u have Netflix and amazon so works great to watch on my tv .

This thing works great for plex that i setup on my Linux server. Family is using it and it does a pretty good job. Only downside is the tv is fairly old and turning in the device from usb takes about a minute.

This pc was purchased for personal needs at home. The setup was easy the instructions were easy to follow. I found nothing difficult and I’m hoping it continues after 2 days

Ok but I wish the remote control had numbers on it. What a pain to scroll from channel 1 every time to the 1700s where my Hi Def channels reside. I got it to replace my Xfinity boxes and monthly charges.

I really like the Roku, mainly because I can watch Spectrum TV without a receiver. I do have to unplug it and plug it back in at times to get it to work.

A great addition to my newly upgraded home theater. Only complaint is that the supplied 4K hdmi cable is rather short. it works for me, but it may not be long enough depending on your setup.

Just received and getting ready to set up. Still need to figure out the best option for internet service. AT&T is pretty poor.
