I relied on Sales Agent to explain fully the differences in several products I was considering. I now regret not knowing some of these differences as I would have purchased an upgrade.

I returned because I was unable to get Xfinity stream (beta) to work on the device. The problem turned out to be all Xfinity, and not on the Roku 4K media player.

This is the third Roku I bought love it. It works on all my TVs. Lots of good apps and some are free. No more cable for me.

This is a great product that doesn’t cost you a lot I been using it for a while now and I haven’t had any problems. Roku has a good App Store with plenty of options.

We have a Samsung Smart tv that’s a little older, it sucks! It takes forever to load. Now I can surf my channels and YouTube easy. We have a roku on all our TVs.

Works very good at what it does. Has a lot of apps, but lacks some apps that I use to stream live tv, from a HDHomerun, and doesn’t play very nicely with home DLNA media server. All in all, it works as advertised, just doesn’t have the apps I use on Android & iOS.

Just cut the cord and tried Roku as the first streaming device. It was great able to watch what I needed without the expensive cable bill. Great until I started noticing what I was watching was being interrupted by the same ads over and over again. I thought it was History Channel, then Nat Geo then ESPN, WHAT!!!!! Just to find out Roku is interrupting all my TV, at least with cable I could record and forward the crappy commercials. One commercial at the start, one at the end would be fine by me, but every 10 minutes. I cant watch this anymore, just to find out Fire-Stick is the same. Kind of defeats the purpose, my time is worth more than the money I am saving. Back to the drawing board. What a waste of money.

I would recommend this to anyone it is awesome. Very easy to use and is all I expected it to be. Plus the fire stick does not let me have the spectrum tv application and this one does.

I bought this device for an old TV that we weren't using in the house (now we're using it, jejeje). What I like most is that I can take it with me and see my shows wherever I go

I bought this as an upgrade from the cheaper Roku. Still very easy to set up, but after a few days it locked-up, had to be reset and re set-up. What a hassle!

Great alternative to not having another cable box. We used it when we moved. The apps are great only complaint is it doesn’t have a volume adjustment.

I love this version of Roku since the remote does not loose communication as it happens very often with the Roku stick. Very smooth navigation and very responsive.

rom Clinton Township The Roku box is an excellent alternative for an expensive monthly cable boxes. I saved myself over $80 a month and nearly a $1000 a year off my cable bill.

Bought this to connect cable to my tv. My LG TV doesn't have a spectrum app, but the roku does, it connects fast and easy to the app making my cable easy to use.

We have three of these in our residence. It is nice to be able to get the features typically found on smart TV's without the expense of a smart TV.

I bought this for the seamless xfinity stream app support so I can basically use this as a wireless cable box in my xfinity connected home. Works like a charm!

The USB cable did not work. Best Buy send me a new Package the next day and all is working fine and as expected. I recommend both Roku and Best Buy

Came to roku from an apple ecosystem. This system is much easier to navigate and able to have more channels added. The unit does exactly what I want.

This was a gift for my hubby to go along with his nice new SONY 75 inch TV. Great timing and the GEEK Squad were fab when delivered with our new TV.

Appreciated help from sales gentleman. He guided me though the purchasing experience. Great help to find what fit my need.
