I use this on my garage TV, but I had to replace the power adapter after it failed. Only Roku device with which I have ever had an issue -- I have 4 or 5.

It is a great multimedia/streaming player. However I prefer the the Ultra version thus I returned it, if you are on a budget or just need something basic this will totally suit your needs. Build quality is great for all roku products.

Love it. You can never go wrong with owning a roku product! It even comes with the tape to hold it on the tv.

Good product. The only reason why I returned it was because I was not able to use the mirror feature on it through my iPhone. I ended up getting a roku that has that feature. But overall it’s a great product.

My kids finally talked me into the world of Roku and I'm glad they did!!! very simple to use!! what'll they think of next? lol

We enjoy the results of watching select TV but keep getting message that it is overheating. We moved it but still get the message. Fear a fire hazard.

Roku is the goto streaming player. This is far better than Apple TV....you get so many options. But I would choose the higher model, it has a built in volume control and is RF vs infrared. Still can't beat it for the price.

love Roku, gave ours to a friend to try. Decided to let them keep it. So we needed to get a new one for us/

Brought this device to convert my old tv to latest technology. Now I can download all possible streaming apps.

Replaced Comcast digital transfer adapter easily...might have been worth getting voice control but $30 vs $80 made the choice easier for now!

I primarily wanted this to use the xfinity stream app. I was able to use my xfinity account to sign into most of the apps including amazon prime. I would recommend

Its a roku, pretty simple product but gets it done and even use it for screen mirroring from my phone

Only problem was with downloading the Netflix app/initial login. Required several deletions/reinstallations/poweroffs. Once it was settled the device worked great!

We really wanted to love our Roku. I had a Roku 3 and loved it. This one worked well except for the private listening mode. The Roku 3 had a headphone jack in the remote for private listening. With the Premiere 4K, you are supposed to listen by connecting headphones to your mobile device through the Roku app. This is really awesome and can even connect multiple people and pairs of headphones. Except when it doesn’t work at all...our app would connect for a few seconds and then disconnect. I would reconnect, use my phone as a remote for one click and then disconnect. All the while sound is bouncing between my headphones and speakers every few seconds. It’s infuriating. We got private listening to work only a couple times. After much searching and troubleshooting, we returned the Roku. We have given up on pairing multiple headphones even though this is a feature that would get daily use in our house. Instead, we purchased the Apple TV and are never looking back. It blows Roku out of the water. I’m almost glad I went through all of this frustration with the Roku app just to force me to get an Apple TV. Now, if only they let you pair more than one headset...
