I primarily wanted this to use the xfinity stream app. I was able to use my xfinity account to sign into most of the apps including amazon prime. I would recommend

We really wanted to love our Roku. I had a Roku 3 and loved it. This one worked well except for the private listening mode. The Roku 3 had a headphone jack in the remote for private listening. With the Premiere 4K, you are supposed to listen by connecting headphones to your mobile device through the Roku app. This is really awesome and can even connect multiple people and pairs of headphones. Except when it doesn’t work at all...our app would connect for a few seconds and then disconnect. I would reconnect, use my phone as a remote for one click and then disconnect. All the while sound is bouncing between my headphones and speakers every few seconds. It’s infuriating. We got private listening to work only a couple times. After much searching and troubleshooting, we returned the Roku. We have given up on pairing multiple headphones even though this is a feature that would get daily use in our house. Instead, we purchased the Apple TV and are never looking back. It blows Roku out of the water. I’m almost glad I went through all of this frustration with the Roku app just to force me to get an Apple TV. Now, if only they let you pair more than one headset...

Love the plug in headphone that comes with it. Just plug it into remote and watch tv when my wife is reading.

Great device. Roku is great. Has free channels and a remote that doesn’t have a microphone which is important.

Not as good as a streaming stick. No volume control on the remote. Not enough power from the USB port.It must be plugged into an outlet. Therefore the media player never turns off.

This my first time purchasing a Roku , because I have always used a fire stick. I am enjoying the apps and the use of Roku

Only problem was with downloading the Netflix app/initial login. Required several deletions/reinstallations/poweroffs. Once it was settled the device worked great!

Roku works well for me. My tv is wall mounted so occasionally the power cord comes off, but that should be an easy fix. I like that I can watch my spectrum cable on other TVs with this and the spectrum app.

After years of hiway robbery from directv we bought a Roku best thing we ever done , comes with a lot of Fred channels , you can’t go wrong with a Roku

I prefer the UI of the Roku player over Google and Amazon. Great price to make a dumb tv smart or replace the aging smart tv that no longer gets any love from the manufacturer.

This Roku device is pretty solid for the standard user, I love the different little themes you can place on the home screen.

The TV in my bedroom isn't a smart TV and I don't gave box so I bought the roku to watch TV off of live streaming apps. It works like a charm!

We cancelled cable to switch to Roku. We love using this and only use the apps we want. So far we have no issues and worth it.

We bought this for our son. He uses it to stream tv, it works well. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a streaming device.

This device got me ESPN which is what I wanted, but having to link and understand all that it can do is very confusing to me. I only use it to view ESPN. So trying to read what it can do online is not for me it is to complicated.

My family used to have xfinity but they charged us over $200 but now we switched to roku sticks. It is saving us a ton of money! Would definitely recommend!
