The only issue I have is when my wi-fi is not as solid. If the Roku runs into a weak signal, the picture freezes and restarts completely before waiting for the signal strength to return.

We can’t stick the device to our TV, so it makes it a tad bit difficult for the remote to connect and change the “channels.” Otherwise, it’s great!

Don't plug the little black Roku box into a surge protector, didn't work, I got no power to the unit. You have to plug this box directly into a wall outlet to give Roku power. I really wish longer cords were provided, very short. This thing is now finally working properly. Sometimes, the apps, like PlutoTV, time out or go blank, start program over. This isn't good.

If you are only experiencing this issue on PlutoTV, you may want to contact them directly for the playback error. If you are seeing this across multiple channels, there could be a problem with your internet connection.
As a tip, you might want to check the strength of your internet connection by going to Settings > Network > Check connection. This will test the quality of the signal and also measure the speed of that connection, to be sure that your signal is strong enough.
