Remote control is short ranged rendering it almost useless. I have to use the Roku app on my phone as the remote control. Everything else works ok and it is still cheaper than cable.

The interface feels clunky compared to its competition, AirPlay and Miracast aren’t all that stable - especially with this model, and a lot of the apps run slow, and not just on this model; I also have Sticks and the Ultra, and those also feel clunky. Do I recommend this? Only if you want something cheap that can do most of the major streaming services.

Having apps run slowly is usually a result of the internet connection. As a tip, you can check the strength of your internet connection by going to Settings > Network > Check connection. This will test the quality of the signal and also measure the speed of that connection, to be sure that your signal is strong enough.
