I have a Roku tv and the salesperson who sold me the product said I could use the remote on my tv (the replacement remote were sold out). I can't so I am disappointed with the information given by staff at Best buy.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.There are multiple options of Roku devices and the packaging does not make it clear that this Premiere device does not recognize or connect to 5G Wi-Fi networks...which are the faster frequency of any Wi-Fi network. I tried calling Roku and the answer they gave me the first time was that it was an issue with my internet provider blocking certain device types. So I called Comcast and they said they are not blocking and told me that the Roku Premiere does not support 5G. So Comcast knew this but the Roku customer service person did not and I had to call Roku again. This time the Roku agent new that the premiere does not support 5G so 3 weeks later I have finally got an answer and returned the premier device because the streaming experience is unacceptable.

Well, at least It came with free Apple TV for 3 months. However, fire stick is a little more user friendly.
