Bad design

It’s the second one I’ve lost because cats and a stick the sticks out of the side of your TV is just a nightmare waiting to happen. Bad design with the long stick with a little itty bitty plug

Not Able To Hold Steady Streams For Me

This for some reason cannot stream more than 480P videos without buffering. It's 5 feet from my router and my tv and other devices stream extremely fast. I have 200 Mbps speed Internet and I'm pretty experienced with tech. I have read they want me to change channels on my router and this and that but I should not have to. First Roku I have used that did this. It was actually working for the first week and then stopped and can only stream youtube videos at 480p without buffering and now I need to troubleshoot. So giving it a lower star rating until Roku can tell me the reason. I just hate wasting time and I know this is not user error as I test out electronics on my channel.
