So, I need down time to figure it out. Sales Associate was wonderful! Very informative, gave me notes to help me out and all! I just procrastinate with things that are hard for me to figure out on my own.

The remote is so cheaply made there is no comparison to my Roku Ultra. Returned it, if this lasted a year I would be surprised:(

Should Not Come with a Basic Remote in 2022

They’re used to sell a model for the same price with these buttons included.
