I had a very disrespectable encounter with an employee who the store manager couldn't convince to mind her business and be quiet. Therefore I'm returning the product to purchase somewhere else.

The only downside on this device it wont pick up the 5G from our home. I have checked everything and called Roku but they said doesn't support it yeat. So that would be the only downside.

Unit overheating

It does everything you would ever need it to. BUT it keeps getting hot and a warning appears saying the unit is overheating. Not good!
