It keeps saying insufficient power and will only work when it wants to. We have been having problems with it for the last 2 months. Debating on whether to get a new one or not.

If I disconnect and let it cool down works well until it gets hot again. -I discarded a problem with TV set since I checked without Roku. At the beginning worked well so I purchased a second one that still works okay.

Granted, it does much more than the Fire and I’m probably penalizing Roku for the ‘Beta’ Xfinity’ streaming app that leaves a lot to desired except how expensive it is!

It took a long time to set up, make an account, link Hulu and Netflix, all that crap. Then one day later it never worked again. Screen was nothing but static so i had to return it.

Just a cheap product that doesn't have a long life unfortunately.
