Don’t waste the money

The remote that comes with it doesn’t have power or volume control which is a change as my other two both had volume and power controls. Many other streaming devices that work better. This one will go in the garbage and I will not purchase another ROKU!

It's a Streamer!

It does exactly what it is intended to do. Is it poor? No! it does what it was designed to do. Is it Great? No! it didnt do anything more than what it was made to do.

Unfortunate that I had to go through 3 Rokus to get one that works. The first arrived by UPS and appears to be stepped on. The second Ruko device didn't have any audio output through the HDMI port. 3rd is a charm. Who is going to pay for my wasted time setting these Rukos up. Set up is difficult and time consuming with NO technical help available. No phone # for Ruko. Your emails go unanswered as well. Buy the apple product, its worth the money.

It was easy to use and everything was right there on the home page app wise. But today 7/9/2020 it keeps rebooting and I don't know why. I unplugged it. I reset the device, looked for possible updates....there was none. maybe it is over heating? Can't even return it as BB only has a 2 week return window. Should have just bought another fire stick instead. Waste of money

Easy setup for streaming

More trouble than it is worth.
