I use this device in my office. I had an Amazon one previously. It lasted about 1 year with light usage. I really like the Ruko. The controller, I keep losing, so I bought the tiles to locate it. The older model had volume buttons. The new one does not. Need keyboard to enter passcodes. Next on my list. :). The ruko provides a true smart TVs option that many apps support. My Samsung TV does not offer all of the same channel options. Deducted 1 star for not having volume rocker button.

Roku's streaming stick allows us to use our wifi to stream a whole range of entertainment that did not exist with cable. The picture quality is much better than that provided by the cable company. We eliminated 6 boxes from the cable company with our 6 Roku streaming sticks had saved over $150/month with better service and a wider range of services.

I use to work for a cable provider, and leaving them after 19 long hard years of dedicated service, I HAD to cut the cord because I really had no idea what the costs were. I bought this Roku & could not be happier. I looked at Hulu, SlingTv, Spectrum Steaming, etc. etc. and realized everything I watch I can receive over the air, or thru the Roku for F R E E. I am surprised more people are not doing this.

I brought home the new Roku streaming Device curious to see how I would like it . Much to my surprise as I have a fire stick already I like the Roku device better . It has more easy to find Apps and not everything is tied to Amazon. Which Amazon is fine but I like the freedom of Roku to search . I also like the easy set up which is important for some people. I would recommend it to everyone.

Perfect streaming and great value with a fantastic price.

Bought this Roku to install on my room tv so I could watch the spectrum app. Works as advertised, great product, easy to program and connect. I like how you can connect it to the usb for power and you don’t really see any wires. You can also Velcro it to the side of your tv and it blends in like if nothing is there. Great product, I would recommend it.

Bought this to add to the other Roku devices that I have. Works very well, and setup is super easy. Worth the price. Now all TVs have Roku.

this is the 3rd Roku device we have purchased for 2 TVs in different rooms. It was an inexpensive solution to access Sling, Disney+ and other Roku channels and much less expensive than cable, satellite, or phone company provided TV. Our dog ate one of the remotes, and you can't buy those separately. Fortunately, the entire Roku isn't too expensive.

Easy to use and easy to setup, especially if you have other Roku’s. This is our 4th.

Roku works great and is s much better value than premium channels by tv subscribers.

Excellent device, allows us to watch streaming on our non smart TV after our PS3 started acting up. Only downside is it needs line of sight with the remote, so it sticks out from the edge. Love that you can power it through the TV USB port. Ended up upgrading to the plus version since it’s newer with slightly better features. But this one is still great.

This is my second Roku. Got this one for the bedroom. Lots of free stuff and you can also use it for Netflix, YouTube and most other streaming services (you still have to pay the subscriber fees for these services if required ) Highly recommend. It's cheap, works great and is ready to use and connect.

Best value for 4K.. Never any problems... Actually bought as replacement for smart tv apps.... Roku is just easier and friendly to use.

We put this on a older TV that used to have a Cable Box. We were trying to cut the cord and this did exactly what we needed it to do. We can now use the apps to view what we want and we cut the costs. If there is a downside, not in love with the Roku remote. With no numbers button, you have to scroll to the channel, but the product works great.

Roku is easy to use and displays a great picture quality. Apps are easy to find.

Easy to setup and use. Roku sticks are my preferred steaming app device. Makes any old tv into a great user friendly Roku tv. Will likely even add another to our new LG CX oled, which is lacking a few streaming apps like MLBTV and Qello for live concerts.
