Not as good as firestick

Unfortunately the Roku stopped working and bought her another. I tried to return this and Best Buy said we had to contact Roku, so we did. Typing in the info Roku asked, this Roku couldn't be found. I took it home and tried it with my tv and still didn’t work

I would not have bought this one based on the lack of function of the remote. Does not turn TV on or off or control sound. Wanted that.
