No Spectrum

I was told by my cable installer AND the Best Buy salesman that it did. As of mid December Roku and Spectrum cannot agree to terms. Existing users are grandfathered, go figure.

This and the express will only connect to the 2.4ghz feed and each recognized the signal and had good strength. I tried connecting to the internet and it wouldn't connect. I changed tv's and put this premiere 6" from the router. It still wouldn't connect. My phone, printer, and other devices that connect to 2.4 or 5ghz had no trouble connecting to either feed. I got 2 bad Roku's in a row. I may buy a Roku box that can connect to the 5ghz feed but I don't like spending the extra money because it's connecting to a tv with a 1080p capability so I was hoping the cheaper product would work. I
