Always disconnects even though my wifi is 10 feet away. I use the wrt3200 and tried different channels on my router. It also only uses 2.5Ghz frequency. I returned this product back to Best Buy.

After less than 6 months, it started acting up ... hanging, losing sound, various glitches that would force a reboot. Now, a year later, it happens at least once a day, sometimes multiple times. Wish I had returned it while still under warranty.
