After over 10 days of attempting to integrate the device, we returned the device to the store and contacted Comcast to install the needed hardware / software.

After 1 week , I received a warning on tv screen that product was overheating. Looked up problem online. Many people have same problem. Unplugged and tried again. Same thing happened.

One would not stop rebooting itself just after plugging it in and the other one had wifi problems. I know this is the budget version but still! This was garbage.

Get the Ultra

They had no Ultra's in stock, because Pandemic, so I took one of these home. It's slow. Really slow. Ultra is a much better buy, and has a USB port and micro SD card loader.
