    Product lags too much. At first i thought it was my router being too far away but found out that it was not the case. Every other device in the house connects perfectly except for the roku.

      Hi John, It could be an issue with the strength of your wireless connection (even though other devices are performing as expected). Be sure that your router is within range of the device and avoid obstructions like cabinets and walls when possible. You can check the strength of your internet connection by going to Settings > Network > Check connection. This will test the quality of the signal and also measure the speed of that connection, to be sure that you're signal is strong enough.

    The Roku device which I purchased would not work on my television. I called Roku for help and they were neither helpful not friendly! They also promised to call back at set times on two different occasions and Never did! Suffice to say I would never use a Roku device again!

    Got this and a new LG OLED tv. Set up the roku for 60hz refresh at 4k since the tv will do that. Roku recognizes it and everything works fine for a bit then get an 020 error. Means the roku and the tv aren't recognizing the copy protection protocol supposedly. Tried a new cable besides the one that the roku came with and still happens. Irritating and about to take it back. Not sure if its just a premiere problem or a roku in general problem but if you search the web for the error code its a common issue with roku being the common factor.

    Couldn't stay connected to WIFI

    I have had a roku express (which also operates on 2g) for over a year and never had issues maintaining a connection to our wifi. The Premiere constantly lost its connection and then would not be able to find our network. I tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps with no success. I ended up returning it and buying the streaming stick+ which I can use with our 5g network. I am very happy with our express and streaming stick+, maybe check those out.

    I bought this for my wife's TV. I attempted to install the Ruko and after numerous attempts I continued to recieve an error code. I attempted to change to the alternate connection configuration that was listed in the instructions but without success. I attempted to contact Ruko by email and telephone without success. They have a telephone number the is answered with a message that they "do not answer this telephone number" ? I am returning this product. The President of this company should significantly review their "customer support/relations".

    This remote has no volume button like my other Roku remotes! I hate it. Now I have to use 2 remotes. What’s up with changing this to having no volume button? I want a new one. Horrible!!!

    It works... that's about all I can say. What a pain to set up. When you are scrolling through the keyboard to enter your login...it would only move ONE square every 8-10 seconds. I have a subscription to Sling. Haven't found any 4K picture yet. Just purchase the basic unit

    The geek squad suggested this item to use with a tv that can’t have direct cable hook up. However the spectrum app I needed does not work very well at all. Spectrum and Riki are working on the issue and are aware.

    roku player constantly has trouble providing uninterrupted playback. internet connection is not the issue, as i have gigabit internet and my other streaming devices have no issues- firestick, and xfininty player. i looked into issue online and apparently many other people are experiencing the same problems, with no real solutions being provided by roku. i constantly have to manually reset the internet connection to the device to avoid uninterrupted playbacl. it's very frustrating and time consuming
