    I was looking for something cheap and inexpensive for my other house so I didn't have to continue to take my apple tv back and forth. It took me over 40 minutes just to complete the setup process. It does not work on a wifi network that uses 5ghz at all. I will be returning this and just getting an apple tv for there.

    Not happy with this purchase. I have to unplug and replug every single time i want to watch television.

    Got rid of Youtube TV.

    No longer has YouTubeTV. Literally the only thing Roku has to do is display the apps and they can't even get that right. Because of some legal dispute you have to access the YouTube app and scroll down to YouTubeTV instead of just clicking on it on the home screen.

    Slow to respond, has a weird range to act as the receiver, and has a lot of outdated apps that need to get with the times.

    I prefer the Roku Stick over the Premium. It has a better remote. Both options work well but my preference is the Stick.

    I had issues with this product.. audio & video was out of sync... I consistently had to reboot this media player

    had to wait almost 3 weeks for product arrival.......stated they where shipping it the following day.

    I returned the Roku because of 2 reasons.... 1. The setup was a horrible experience, the Roku wouldn’t set up and it kept asking me to call a 800 number to install the unit. 2. Kept asking for my credit card info... i don’t even know if i like the service since it won’t install, why would i give my credit info.

    Returned, just Ain't the same. Slow and complicated. Fire Stick for the win. Apple TV even better!

    The Roku unit repeatedly overheated and caused the tv to shut down.

    This is a worthless piece of hardware - does not stay connected to wireless or internet - I moved it to within 3 feet of wireless router snd still won't stay connected. I will speak to store manager about credit gor purchase

    I thought it would connect to the 5G wireless internet and it did not so I returned it

    New Roku Express - will only "see" my 2.4Ghz network which is too slow for proper playback.
