    turns off my LG TV when I hit the ROKU HOME button

    This is my second defective ROKU unit, the first being a an Ultra. This one turns off my LG TV every time I hit the ROKU HOME button. What good is a ROKU player if the TV can't stay on?

    this is the third Roku we have had to get. There is some sort of design flaw and it quits working in relatively short order

    Poor WiFi connection

    Roku platform is fantastic but this player is not good. I have bought two of these now and each time the player has a problem connecting to WiFi. Whole house and other devices have no issues except this player.

    Defective Product - Not Returnable after 30 days

    Installed December 16th, the device failed January 30th. Not returnable after 30 days. The other 3 Rokus we have are fine. Very disappointed that it can't be returned.

    These were not needed for my TV to run Roko, and I waited to long to return and Was told Best Buy didn’t sell these anymore and would not refund my money

    BB sold product in ripped packaging, wouldn’t replace, just refunded at my request. Obviously store pickup experience is a hit or miss.

    I have 2 Roku tv and they are great!!! Tried this device to my none roku tv and it will not activate. Tried activating for 2 days with no luck. I returned it today.

    After loving the less expensive Roku...I purchased the Premiere 4K for my 4K TV but the picture quality streamed poorly with Premiere...dark, blurry. I returned it.

    Biggest piece of crap. Doesn’t connect to WiFi and if it does it won’t stay connected long enough to watch something. Love ROKU but this device is garbage!

    Sound cuts out, we lose words streaming shows. The only one worse than this is the fire stick. Returned 2 weeks later.

    Stopped being reliable after 6 months, stops working while in middle of watching a show for no apparent reason. Glad I didn’t throw out my old fire stick!

    It does not have a headphone jack like it shows on the pictures. I purchased this exact Roku for that reason so I can watch my shows with my headphones in.

    It wouldn't work. I tried several times to get it configured. I also couldn't get a hold of geek squad. So failures at every turn.

    My smart tv’s & Xbox One does the same thing. Not sure what the point of this was? Am guessing it’s good for people without a smart tv or Xbox though.

    I've had multiple Roku devices. This one is the other one not to last. It worked perfectly for two months, now the sound seems to be going out.

    just stopped working so I unplugged waited a few hours and plugged back in . 1 week later it goes out again now it is not returnable.

    although it says 4k, this device will not see or recognize my 5g network which makes it almost entirely useless. Get a fire stick.
