Easy to use, easy to set up, and picture is top notch!

I originally bought this filled with doubt, since my thoughts were Well if my tv smart hub sucks why wouldn't this would too? But after a few weeks of using this device Im glad I got it, It has made watching Anime, Movies, and 4k streaming so much easier. Not only that this has saved me money monthly using this as my cable box so its paying it self off lol.

I love the fact you’re able to get all the apps you need to watch any shows you want. If you have a TV that isn’t smart or has streaming services, this is what you need. Has all the basic services everyone watches. Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon, plus a lot more. Not to mention it’s easy to set up, just plug in set up & it’s ready to play.

Love my ROKU. I actually like the interface better than my fire stick. It’s easier to use for first timers. The only complaint I have is the remote stopped working. Changed battery still didn’t work. The Roku app has a remote on it so I’ve been using it from my phone until they send me a replacement.

I had been wanting to buy the new 4K model but could not justify it just yet. This first gen model went on sale at a price that was impossible to refuse. I have been extremely happy with its performance. Luckily I had a spare voice remote which is much better than the gen one remote. It was a surprise how well it performed next to a current gen 1080 model.

Replaced the Roku 3800R with the 3810R because the 3810R had 4K, and better WiFi reception. Worked great, just like the 3800R. Except, every time the TV was off for a few hours we had to resign in to our Prime account. Roku said in their web blog to contact Amazon. (I have read Roku has very poor customer service. Roku never answered my email asking them for help). Called Amazon, they said, we know nothing about Roku, only Firestick. Returned the 3810R

Great for streaming tv and 4K. Easy to install and set up.

Purchased with reward points. Needed a ROKU for new TV purchased at Best Buy in order to get access to Kanopy and Hoopla. These are library sites for free streaming but don't come as apps included on Samsung, Sony, etc. They need to be accessed through Roku or Firestick.

Very convenient and entertaining. My son and family enjoy it.

The Roku Premiere is a great device and is pretty much the best option if you don't want to go with a Roku Ultra. It's small, but also responds pretty well. If you are a fan of Roku, this is probably the best device to get if you aren't buying the top of the line Ultra.

For the price, the Roku Premiere cannot be beaten. I have purchased three of these in the last year. You can watch all the favorite streaming services (Netflix, Amazon, Disney+, and YouTube.) Easy to use and the interface is snappy. It also has support for the Logitech Harmony devices for all-in-one media control.

The Premiere works as described, easy set up. The free channel selection is limited and the cost for optional channels varies from several dollars per month to 8 - 10 dollars per month. Yes, the monthly charge adds up fast if you don't pay attention. I don't known how much the "premium" channels cost, never looked into them but then I also never found anything to watch on them when they offered for free on the cable network.

We love how easy the Roku is to use. Just plug into the tv, connect to home internet and activate with your phone or laptop. We do not have the option of cable tv and did not want satellite, so internet streaming was a great option for our family. This products makes it very easy to watch a plethora of television shows and movies.

Now I have a Roku for each room in the house and my daughters and I are enjoying them very much. I haven't gotten the streaming down good yet, but I'm still going to get it to work. I have to be in the right frame of mind to concentrate on this I'm not familiar with. I'm very happy with my purchase and the service we are getting from them.
