Got two of these to replace HD cable boxes. Easy to setup. Get better reception than the HD boxes which would cut out randomly. Our cable provider will let you WiFi the tv to any device so Roku was a logical choice. I didn’t care for having to give Roku a credit card number. Seems that there should be an option to not want to buy any extras.

I have 2 Firesticks but decided to go with this for our guest room as I’d be down there after surgery. Love love love my Roku. Easy to use and better options that are free and I can still use my prime video as well as the one touch app keys on the remote are great.

My daughter has a roko smart tv and my tv was a regular LG tv and I purchased this in order to watch Netflix and Hulu on my tv also and it works great! It made my regular tv into a smart tv! Plus it was very simple to set up, the instructions walk you right through it.

I had already purchased one at Best Buy the week before to try out and liked it so much, that I purchased a second one. It was so easy to program.....just follow the instructions on the screen. This is a great way to try out streaming for a low price. This gives you access to thousands of movies. Thanks Best Buy!

I think the Roku was a very smart investment . Between NETFLIX , Disney + and now Roku ,, I dont even notice that i had the cable cut off back in november . I highly recommend everyone getting a Roku , Fire stick , and other streaming services and cancel your cable/satalite service . Cable and satalite have always been over priced but in the past we was stuck with it , or just the 5-6 networks . I give this Roku box 2 thumbs up !!

easy install and setup. easy remote and sound & picture

Got this Roku for 50” Hitachi we’ve had for 8 years. TV works great so no need to replace it, but Xfinity will not allow us to stream all channels on the cable box, so we needed a way to do this. Roku is simple to set up in minutes and simple to use. Biggest pain is that cable remote is still needed for volume.

This device replaced an old Roku stick that was having issues with its power supply. It's the same format and remote, which makes the adjustment easy. My one gripe is that my wife continually aims the remote at our ceiling and sets off a smoke detector when she tries to change the channels. This does not appear to be a problem with the manufacturing of the device, but rather a defect with the model of wife I've got presently.

Nothing on regular TV now can watch old programs and NASA.

I have been a Chromecast user for years. But now that I've tried the Roku, this in my preferred streaming method. It's very easy to use and keeps all the apps together in one location. No need to open the app on your device and wait for it to cast to the monitor.
