Got this as a gift for my sister who isn't too tech savvy. The Roku is a great alternative to something more expensive such as an Apple TV. I think it's very much worth the price tag and allows you to stream all of your favorite shows on services in one place.

Super easy to set up and use. We bought 1 if these for our primary large screenTV and liked it so much we bought a 2nd one for the other large screen TV. A great way to stay connected for lots less monthly cost than cable. Worth every dollar of the $40 one time cost for each Roku device. We subscribe to YouTube TV for only $50/mo.

Personally, I believe Roku to be the Best streaming media device available to date. This model, the premiere, is small and can be stuck to the TV discreetly using the provided materials. Control this unit with ir directly from the roku remote, or any third party remotes. This device allows you to watch YouTube TV, vudu,Netflix, and many more.

I did a lot of research for the best streaming device, and at the time, this was the best quality, with the best services included, and almost the lowest price available. It's till running today, and occasionally, I have to reboot it. (Find a device that doesn't!)

We're very happy with this product. It was easy to transfer our Netflix account to it and add Disney+. Navagation is simple. Some channels are tricky in that they appear to be free, but are limited in what they offer, but that's on them. Overall, the player has exceeded our expections.

Very compact and easy to use. Only thing I dislike is that it stays on all the time unless you unplug it.

initially bought the Roku Premiere 4K Streaming Media Player so I could watch CBS channel while it was involved with a dispute with Direct TV but found so many programs I like or used to watch and liked on Hulu and Amazon that it became my best Xmas gift to myself! Family loves it as well!!

roku is great. Not a big fan of the remote sometimes does change apps.

This Roku is so easy to use. 3 minutes out of the package and you are streaming your favorite channels. It also has a quick button for Netflix and Hulu. Easy instructions walk you through connecting to other channels like HBO, Disney+, AMC, etc. As long as you have an internet connection, you're all set.

I just love Roku. The picture is great and it functions well. It hardly ever freezes or closes whatever I’m watching, unlike the Amazon Fire Stick/Tv. I had to get a Roku for my Amazon Fire Tv cause it kept crashing, freezing, and it was really delayed. Overall bad experience.

We recently cut the cable cord and have only internet service through Spectrum. Roku has a Spectrum app that is free so we can watch the same channels as before without paying to have a box and all the channels. The device walks you through the initial setup in short, easy steps and uses language that’s not technical. It really is foolproof.

Have a Roku TV. Love the streaming especially the asian movies on (Kocowa) on the Roku Channel. Wanted to stream on the living room tv, couldn't download it. So I bought the Roku Streaming Media Player. There is so much on it. Love it, this is my 3rd one.
