I purchased one of these for each of our three televisions. They were easy to set up and synchronize together. It takes a bit of use to understand how to operate but trial and error is good learning tool as no damage is done by trying them.

Works better than expected, very pleased. It's the kind of thing you buy, it works, and you use it a lot, without having to deal with any problems at all. Kind of like you just forget about it, because it always works.

Great device, great quality easy to use. There's a lot of services to connect to and it's a great upgrade for a non-smart tv, plug it in to an hdmi port, connect to wi-fi, and setup an account and you're good to go.

The Roku that I purchased worked well without any glitches. With my old Roku, I kept getting "unauthorized" screens which was very frustrating since I had to unplug the unit and reinitialize it. That has never happened with the new one.

Purchase this as my third Roku and made a little mistake not reading enough when I picked it up Roku is a great option and device and very pleased with them. Only downside to this one is I cannot control TV functions like power and volume from this remote. Now I must use two remotes to operate TV. Otherwise, very pleased with device.

I really like Rokus however I think this may be an older model because it does not power my TV on and off like my other ROKU. It does work great and is compatible with my Sony flat screen TV from 2005. Overall for the price I am satisfied but I would recommend a newer roku version if you're willing to spend a few more bucks.

I’m a Senior and was concerned about “cutting the cord with my cable company” and learning something new, but I was very impressed with the “ease of set up and getting use to something new”, I really enjoy it, in fact, I bought another one!

Great device to replace Spectrum converter box but it's rather slow when trying to retrieve TV channel. The remote control doesn't have volume control for the TV. Inconvenience having to use 2 remotes. For $40 it should include the volume control. The setup is easy.

I bought this for my mother to use. I needed something inexpensive and simple. This was perfect for her especially since she is limited in English. So far she's been able to navigate through it and has been able to watch what she wants.

Not their top end device but works great overall. I have a range from older to newer higher end Rokus in my house and this one performs well for the price. I have it installed in my garage to watch tv while working out.

I tried two Firesticks and the tv kept freezing up and the lips weren’t synced with the words. This Roku fixed both issues! The only downside is that the Roku remote doesn’t have a volume control.

Works on wifi so you cut your cord to satellite and cable vendors. The picture quality is excellent.. The only thing I wish they'd add is a quicker way to change channels rather than have to move thru the list one at time until you reach the next channel you want.

Great product easy to use and you get a great value

Gave access to all the streaming services we use. Easy to install. If using a service you already signed up outside Roku, click on the app and attempt to use. It will prompt for sign in or explain how to get a code.

Clunky, but works with Xfinity. Bought this for my mother to set up in her bedroom. It works with Xfinity, unlike the Firestick or Google. It was easy enough to setup. I like the voice features and integrated features of the other two devices. It doesn't control her television, so she needs 2 remotes to make this work.

Wish it could control power and sound. Overall great product for streaming

Finally cut the cord with cable. I researched what streaming device to buy and decided Roku was the one. I am very happy with Roku Premiere. Device easy to use and only regret is that I didn't cut the cord sooner.

We have all Roku tv’s but for our old tv we wanted something so we could utilize all our stuff. We love it! This is a step down because of the no volume on the side like the newer version but it still works great!

Love this roku. So easy to navigate and use. Any problems I have ever had have been resolved by restarting the system. Best platform for streaming in my opinion.

Works great for streaming. I bought this to use instead of paying a monthly fee for a second xfinity box. You download the xfinity streaming app on the Roku player. It works great and you can watch xfinity tv or watch your recorded shows.
