Bought this for an excellent working HD tv that did not have smart features. Never having setup a Roku device I found it to be very user friendly. Just follow the instructions on the screen and your done. The free Roku channels are pretty good.

I have my components in the basement below my living room. I needed a infrared remote to make the setup work and this fit the bill to be able to use a universal remote and in a remote location. Seems as fast as any other roku I've used.

I absolutely love it. It’s much better than what I had before. I get to see the entire movies without it roaming and not having to restart it again. And not getting the error that says “try again later” with the other device.

I've always been a firestick user It was hard to jump over to Roku But after trying Roku, not sure why I hadn't switched over sooner Has everything I need at my finger tips

I replaced an older roku with this model. It was easy to install and very responsive. I can quickly stream my movies. I like how you can Mirror Image with iPad and laptop. I use this with Zoom.

I cut the cable & started streaming 3 years ago. First on an iPhone, then an iPhone+, then an iPad sitting in my lap. I was considering buying a smart TV, but could not find one in the size I wanted. An associate at BestBuy suggested I add a ROKU to the set I was interested in. I discovered my old TV had an HDMI port. I figured, what the heck, if it doesn’t work, I’ll go ahead & get the new TV. Installation was easy; time consuming with typing in passwords, etc., but easy. Now I am back in an easy chair in the family room watching on a screen almost 6 times bigger than my iPad. I already had HULU & CBS all access & have not even scratched the surface of everything available on the ROKU. I didn’t have to buy a new TV!! I couldn’t be more pleased.

We have Roku players on other tvs in the house, but got this to use with our smart tv as the Roku has apps not available (at least not yet) on our smart tv. Picture quality is great. No buffering issues.

Roku is great, so much to choose from no need to pay for subscriptions so much free stuff. We have one in every bedroom. Price is great and highly recommend.

Good Roku for tv is very small and easy install, instructions manual . The remote is to slow but woks good . You can watch shows for free with the Roku channel . My husband like it .

I was looking for a Roku device for one of my nonsmart TVs. I went into Best Buy and found this one on sale which was better than the basic one I intended to purchase. I highly recommend this item. It also performs well.

Got this Roku Premiere for some friends who were locked into a not-so-smart TV and didn't want to change. Quickly installed this little critter and now they are up and running with Netflix, Hulu and more!

Easy, fast set-up! We're older and weren't familiar with streaming. Took a little to learn how to switch between Roku and others like Paramount+. Very happy with our purchase!

Easy to set up. Dad is finally joining the streaming crowd. Nearly no learning curve once the reading glasses are put on! LOL I would say this is the better choice over the firestick in my experience with the two of them.

I have had multiple rokus since the original. Every new version I have tried always seemed to be better than the last gen. This one is no different. It still has that easy to use you and setup is so simple boomers can do it.

My 9 year old daughter wanted something so she could watch, netflix, youtube, ect because she didnt want to watch satelitte everytime so I bought this Roku for her, SHe loves it and it was super easy to set up.

I’ve had my roku for a few years. Decided to upgrade to this one since it offered 4K for only $30. My tv has always been ok but this newer roku made it look awesome.

We wanted to use Roku on a 2nd tv and this version was very affordable and easy to use. I just had to put a code in the app on my phone and it came to life. I like that it is designed to fit underneath the TV so the remote will work well.

Roku is one of the best inventions EVER! I have a SmartTV but it’s not that easy to use, the Roku makes it much easier to stream. I cut the cable cord more than 5 years ago and have never regretted it.

This is so much better than the stick, which tends to get hot quickly and has to be reset. So far, this has not reset at all, and gets pretty heavy use. Batteries are not draining like with the stick either. So far, so good!!!
