Essy to set up and install favorite apps, able to run the xfinity stream app which eliminates need to pay for extra comcast box saving money, good sensor with sticky tape to place on flat surface of tv, only negative is lack of power button to turn Roku/TV on and off with ease

This is the sixth Roku device we've had in our household. However one of the previous five supported 4K resolution. We bought a LG 4K TV from Best Buy earlier this year and were disappointed to find that LG does not offer an app for HBO within their WebOS platform. So rather than using an older Roku with 1080p resolution on the new TV, I bought this newer model that supports 4K instead. Roku has great hardware, application support and operating system. I really like the grippy texture on the remote of this Premiere model. I also like that it came with a wall adapter for power and I don't have to wait for it to boot up like other models do when drawing USB based power after the TV is turned on.

I gave this as a gift for my non tech older sister. I found this Roku streaming player very easy to setup. I also found with some instruction and patience, my sister understood how to use. She now enjoys Netflix and Prime content.

Bought this for my son’s non-smart TV, it hs a great selection of channels for kids like PBS, and with its easy to use interface, makes a great smart platform for any non-smart tv. Highly recommend.

So I wanted to cut the cord and the people at Best Buy recommend this product for it's easy and low price. It has worked perfectly. I would totally this product again. Thanks Best Buy for helping me make this purchase.

Works faster than previous models changing streaming channels. Smaller size as well. Very nice option of powering unit from USB port on Television. This allows one less cord to a wall outlet or powerstrip

We really like the Roku Premiere. We made the switch from cable and weren't sure how we would like it but we actually prefer the roku to cable. I would definitely recommend this product.

It's Awesome!!! First one I purchased.I gave it as a gift for Dad's day. He luved it!! Unfortunately this model doesn't come with volume co ntrol on the remote. Which I didn't realize that.You control it from the screen. Other than that it's purty Awesome!!!

I already have other Roku devices in the house and this was easy to setup just like the others. Plug in the included HDMI cable and USB power, go through the setup process and you are good to go!

Great option for streaming, lots of apps, speedy software and hardware, a must if you look for an easy and solid streaming experience. Less customizable than Android but feels more speedy and developed overall experience.

When I bought this I told the sales person that I had dishtv they told me I needed a Roku. As it turns out I needed a fire stick to be able to stream from my DVR. It still works, but I can only stream programs from the internet, and not my dish account. So make sure you get the right one. Other wise it work fine.

This is my first venture into Streaming and I was surprised how easy it was to connect to the TV and internet. It gives you a good assortment of venues at a reasonable cost with others that are free.

The Roku is a great investment...and should be purchased at Best Buy and not a warehouse store...to be sure you get the latest model. Easy to set up, great tech assistance, and so much ability to grow as a Roku is expanded.

all an all it is working well, good 4k display easy scrolling but one thing i did not like about this device is that if you are big on youtube videos well this device freezes while i am watching youtube and screen gets frozen lines and i have to restart the device so i watch youtube on my smart tv.

Overall great value, my only gripe is the remote, as it feels cheap but you do get what you pay for. The software feels a little slow, but that can be improved with updates in time.

this Roku is a good unit does not over heat and My wife has binge watched shows that the run time is just over 1 hr. It has been on for up to 10 hours on some days. Just wish it did not cost so much.

Bought this to replace the original Roku, which was slow and nearly drove us crazy. Works great, fast but exactly like the older model plus 4k capability. Haven't watched anything 4k so I can't vouch for that.

Love it - so easy to install and set up. Now I can enjoy my streaming platforms on a big screen. So much to choose from and a good variety. Should have purchased much sooner than I did

Great device if you own an old LCD none smart tv. Just make a Roku account, set it up and your tv becomes smart automatically. Got it on Black Friday, great price.

Roku was very easy to set up. I am in my 60's and was able to set up the Roku with with wi-fi. The Roku made the TV a smart TV with so many more viewing options.
