Hate paying cable companies but this is easy set up and very user friendly. I would upgrade to have volume on remote and some of the other features. But if you don’t need those things is a great way to watch tv w out cable.

Simple installation and setup. Runs way better than using the apps from the TV. Once in a while you see a small pixelation which you can expect when streaming. Actually going to go buy another one for the TV in the bedroom.

Very pleased with the player, instructions to set up were great and reception once set up is better than picture we had when we had cable. Pleased with the number of options for streaming movies and programs.

Easy setup and simple to use. Private listening feature is simply awesome if you have small kids and want to watch a movie without disturbing. Remote is infrared, which is the only thing I'd change.

We have been thinking about trying this without really making it happen. I am glad we finally did it. Plenty of choices and much cheaper than the cable.

Purchased this since my fire sticks don’t have YouTube tv. So easy to use and set up. Smooth easy operating. Couple hang ups though. Unit doesn’t turn off and pricing for apps don’t show right away you have to click into. Just more time consuming. Overall no problem love the unit better than my first generation firestick

I lost my roku remote and i needed one so I stopped at Best Buy to get a new one and I found out it’s cost 5 bucks more to get a new sistem 4K so I got it and it works great for the price

Bought to stream spectrum app. Saves cost of settop box. Has all apps I want. Remote is easy to use; looking back wish I bought model with remote that controls volume and power for TV

I’ve been on the fence on getting rid of cable tv. When the guy at Best Buy explained Roku and how to use it, I cut the cable cord! I don’t miss the cable bill or anything that cable offered!!

I would suggest that people buy newer TVs with their own Smart Hubs built in. For those with older TVs they just cannot replace this a simple to use option for smart internet based streaming content.

Was easy to set up. Also easy to install our various apps. Kids love the various viewing options they have and don't have any issues using the remote.

Coming from Roku 3, it is a major upgrade as far as audio/video quality however remote control is a letdown. Remote control feels cheap compared to Roku 3's remote. Its weight has a lot to do with it. Still a great product but does feel "budget" (and price reflects that).

Works very well for streaming has a very intuitive os that is easy to navigate and easy for those not so tech savvy. WiFi antennas could use a little work as they aren't as strong as other streaming services and this can cause some buffering at times.

I love the Roku sticks and how easy they are to use. We don't have cable and use the Playstation Vue app to watch TV. The Roku stick allows us access to any and all apps we need and is super easy to install and use! Love it!

Bought two Roku's to use on two of my televisions to access Spectrum's cable service without having to pay monthly rental fees for 2 additional boxes. They are easy to use and cost effective in keeping cable bills lower.

I purchased this when they had a deal and it provided excellent value for its price so far. It is reliably working and there are no issues with streaming quality. I use this with my Harmony remote.

I have an older non-smart TV with a great picture but wanted to go with an internet TV provider. So I purchased a Roku and made my older TV into a smart TV. I use my Roku everyday and like it.

Roku is super easy to use especially for older people who may just want Netflix, Hulu, Sling or Disney + as the remote has buttons designated for these apps. Super easy! Hook up and and navigation is easy too. Only negative is the length of the cords for AC and HDMI-wish they were longer.

The Roku - Premiere 4K Streaming Media Player is probably the best choice for most people looking to watch movies and TV streams simply and easily. Nothing fancy but does the job well and better than most smart TV's. I got it on sale for 30 dollars, the cost of a 4K movie, I bought three , you should at least buy one.
