I bought this for my parents house. They aren’t the best with technology but after setting this up for them, they’ve never had any problems and now binge watch a ton of shows and movies! Haha

This was a Christmas gift and I installed it at my mother's for her to watch her Netflix favorites in the bedroom since this was not a SmartTV... She has learned how to use it and loves it!

Cool roku , 4k streaming, has tons of apps to use and add , comes with batteries remote hdmi everything u need to connect to tv , streams nicely

I purchased this for our 4K TV, and it was very easy to use and install! We have Roku sticks for the other TVs in our home, so installing this was also straightforward. Highly recommended!

Like this streaming box, and can’t bet the roku channel, because it has some free movies ETC..., on it, but not all are free tho! I got 2 boxes: 1) living room. 2) one of the bed rooms.

I got this because the tv I had didn’t have Hulu or Disney plus and it works awesome and isn’t noticeable, and it’s a plus Hulu and Disney have their own buttons to quickly get to them

Got this for my Mom to be able to watch lots of the streaming features on her television. She loves it. It works great and it's really easy to use. Great product and reasonable price.

We love the Roku. We got one for the livingroom and one for our daughter's room. It so easy to add apps. We've found so much to watch that we didn't know was out there. All for free! We love it!

Bought 2 Roku players for my other tvs. Love the product, was easy to install and set up, even for a dinosaur. The advisor on the floor was delightful and helpful.

Have wall mount TV and could not use the stick style because the TV was too close to the wall. However, didn’t know the Roku controller would not have a volume control like the stick version has.

I like to follow instructions - I was using this within 30 min after signing on and listing my account. Love it. Had it almost a month can't believe I didn't get one sooner!

Everything works great with this device but what I didn’t realize when I bought was that it only hooks up to 2.4 wifi. Honestly if I would have realized this I would not have bought this but it is working great. Make sure you have a strong signal and all will be good.

We just needed a Roku to get to a few extra things and it’s great for that. We haven’t had any issues with it whatsoever but we also don’t completely rely on it either. It does what we need it to and with the help of the associate we got the proper one for our tv so it works just that much better!

Should have done this years ago and cut from Comcast cable high bill. Great product, easy to set up and easy to use. Recommend folks leave cable and stream to save thousands a year.

Roku’s have the best setup process and makes it so easy for anyone to do. Their interface is perfect and so easy to navigate the screens

We were struggling to see Netflix, etc on our smart TV & the Geek squad came out and fixed our issue with this product... what a difference... we are now able to see what we want, when we want. Love it!

Intuitive interface with minimal lag. Options for viewing are nearly endless. Works well with rca universal remote.

We are a Roku family. Our tv in the living room is Roku based and we wanted to turn our bedroom tv into the same thing. This one is great because it is 4K. Did the trick!

Purchased this for my parents. It was super simple to set up, which is a plus. I love all the apps it brings and the diversity of programs they can now watch.

Easy to install. Compatible with most streaming services. Easy updates through downloading of new apps. Really liked the ability to use the no residue adhesive to mount to the bottom of my TV. Can be powered by the USB port on my TV no need to have a second cord going to the outlet.
