After Christmas, the selection was somewhat limited for Roku devices. The Premier works very well for what it is. I liked the size and ease of installation. I liked that I could get power directly from the tv (bu usb) w/o another power cord. I don’t like the skimpy remote. I want an on/off and a volume control. I should have waited for the store to restock and purchased a more expensive Roku.

I am new to streaming and my first experience was the Apple TV which is very sleek, but I was extremely surprised how much I really enjoyed Roku Premiere 4K. It was extremely easy to set up and very user friendly. Lots of free streaming included. I am hoping it will hook up with campground wifi's which would be a dream to stream a movie on an early night in.

The Best Buy Geek Squad came and installed our Roku and connected to our surround sound. We are now saving money monthly streaming free TV apps and enjoying the variety. Only thing we have missed are some college football games...that can be remedied with a good antenna or paying for an app. The Roku is easy to learn and we have not experienced any technical issues with streaming.

We purchased this to replace an old one that was failing to show the picture on the screen. It works very well, and we are not having to struggle to watch what we want. This one does not have have the power and volume buttons to control the TV, which I thought it would, but it does what it's supposed to do, and we are very satisfied.

I didn’t really want to spend $100 on a Roku, but using some Best Buy cash, I was able to snag it for $80. It was perfect for our bedrooom tv since we lost the original remote. Being able to control the tv volume and power from the Roku remote has been great. Also, setup was a breeze and the picture quality is fantastic. I’m a huge fan of Roku and its products!

I bought the Roku to lifestream some European TV since I had some visitors from Europe. Nevertheless I am impressed with the picture quality and the speed of this little device. It is excellent and it's price is negligible when compared to what it allows you to watch (almost every channel out there) from avery country plus sports.

I had been using an older Roku device and it was taking a while to load. This one was easy to set up and quickly loaded with all the previous apps. It does take a while to authorize all the different apps again, but once it was set up it worked much better than the previous model I'd been using.

Super easy to use and even better if you can find it on sale. BritBox, Disney+, Netflix, YouTube TV, Philo, etc? This is the one for you. Note: This model does not have volume control on the remote - you will need your TV remote nearby for muting/volume control. (The Roku model above this is nicer and has volume control, but this one is quite a bit cheaper)

Love the Roku. Easy to set up. Easy to log into the apps I already had. The picture is unreal vivid color compared to my Suddenlink cable. Purchased 2 and it paired up fast with my other tv and all I had to do was log on and everything went right over to the TV.. My Tv's are older as well.

Setup was simple and fast. Plugged into hdmi port on my Onkyo receiver and followed directions. Remote does not have on/off button or volume controls. If you are looking for those to control a tv with just Roku remote you should buy the stick instead of the premiere. Seems fast and I can use all my streaming services: Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Vudu and YouTube tv. More available like Apple TV. Recommend this for using with an AVR. Choose the stick for direct connection to your tv.

Roku has a great interface and is intuitive for most any user. Setup is easy, most users can probably be streaming in 15 minutes or so. The Premiere has a low profile so it's not intrusive to your setup. Don't get this if you're looking for extra features like voice command. I got this one when it was $10 off so it was a great deal for us for our bedroom TV.

First of all I have been using a Roku device for over 9 years. I have one on every tv in the house. I purchased this one when I upgraded to a new 70” inch 4K tv. I live in a small town where the internet is anything but fast and a Roku streams so much better then using the apps built in to the tv. Would recommend a Roku device to anyone!

I purchased this for my mom and gave it to her for Christmas. Let’s just say this is her favorite Christmas gift! :). I plugged it in, activated it and added apps within minutes. She has been using it for a couple of days and has had zero issues. It works fast and delivers an excellent picture! We both loved that the unit is small and barley takes up any space.

Fantastic no frills version. Quick response with a great picture quality, and no WiFi issues. My smart TV stopped being smart, so rather than invest in a new tv I opted to try this Roku. Zero regrets! Response time is quicker than the tv provided, great picture quality, and the nomenclature is very user friendly.

Such a great value for money. Makes a normal TV a smart tv!

Easy setup , portable streaming whenever wherever I need it

Finally had a chance to switch to Roku, and I got a very fast working streaming device. It is very easy to use and the addition of Airplay raises the value of this tenfold. Would definitely recommend for a quick and simple way to stream 4K content with a device on a cheaper price point.

We've had a Roku for years. Love the smaller, more compact size. We especially love the specific channel buttons on the remote which allows us easy access to DisneyPlus and Netflix etc~ even our young daughter can operate the Roku. Easy set-up too. Since some channels weren't supported by the older model, this is definitely a great upgrade!
