The Roku stick works great. When I bought it I didn't realize it didn't have a volume control so I returned and paid the difference to get the premium model.

We bought the express back in the summer for our smaller TV. Now we picked up the Premiere with 4k for our living room TV. We love the size and versatility of this box. Great picture so easy to hide. Great product that I highly recommend to anyone working on cutting the cord.

Roku is simple and easy to use. Everyone in my household can use it. I wish the remote controlled had headphones or blue tooth capabilities; however, for the price point this is a great product.

Everything is great, its fast. Can put xfinity app on it and stream live if you Have xfinity in the house. Saves on renting an extra box. Happy purchase

It was easy to hook up and the start up process isn’t to bad either. If you already have a roku it’s will pull up some of the apps you already have on your your other devices. My only wish is that it would transfer over your login in information too.

We love these devices. They take up little space and bring so much entertainment into our home. There is so much free content out there, you'll never get bored. The price for this 4K versions was fantastic. I highly recommend.

Bought this for a tech-challenged friend who lost his job due to Covid-19 and needed to cut cable TV because to escalating costs. He was very worried about not having "TV" anymore... Super easy to setup and really easy for him to use. Minimal buttons on remote were great as he wasn't overwhelmed with choices. He only called me twice since I set it up and that was within the first two days. He has had it for almost a month now with no more calls or issues. It's been a great product. He has Roku TV with some free channels and his Netflix as well. Although he seems to have gravitating to YouTube and going down rabbit holes...hey, we've all been there... :)

Only bought this because my fire sticks don’t download Vudu and I have some content that does cross platforms. I have to say it gives the fire stick a run for its money. Very easy to use and seems faster than the fire stick

I wasn’t familiar with Roku initially. After receiving it I found that setup was very easy and I was able to connect it to my home WiFi quickly. It sometimes can act up and gets stuck which requires a hard reset by disconnecting the power supply but other than that no complaints. The interface is simple and easy to navigate.

This is my second Roku device. It is easy to use. My primary use is to get my cable feet over the internet using Roku rather than paying $10 per month to rent their de-scrambler device. Occasionally I use for Netflix. Never a problem.

This is my 3rd Roku in the house. Easy set up. I'm able to get my favorite channels from Xfinity streaming. Nice to have a Netflix button to get right to my series. You do have to use the TV remote for volume and shutting off the TV.

Roku does a great job with this player. Easy setup, small footprint and all the best streaming apps. The only downsides are 1. The remote lacks volume control and 2. All aspects of setup should support foreign characters like Cyrillic.

I own several Roku products. I find that they are so simple to understand and use that it has become my favorite streamer. The interface is easy to understand and set up for the applications that you wish to add. I have also had Fire devices, and although they have similar features, I find the Roku easier to use.

Easy directions for setup and use! I set mine up for Hulu but have used it for You Tube videos as well as for Pluto TV. I have AT&T internet and my TV picture is flawless. This has saved me a lot of money I would have otherwise have to have spent on Dishnet or AT&T cable.

Easy set up to sync with infinity account. Economic replacement for small infinity box. Good picture and reception. But Roku remote not as many features as infinity remote and still need tv remote to turn on TV. Not as flexible or functional as infinity remote but used for bedroom TV and despite limitations it is worth the savings. Oh and you really need a line of sight to signal.

I didn’t care much about Roku, didn’t know much about them either. I bought the intermediate one ($40) which has a remote easier to use than the least expensive roku model. Easy to use, fast, it works great. No disadvantages so far.

We got tired of the cost and limitations of satellite and cable TV and decided to try streaming. We have 2 smart TVs that don't need this (one of them has Roku built in) and we are now converting our other TVs. This works well and we are planning to purchase 3 more to convert all the TVs in the house though we're going to try the +4K next since it looks like it has a better remote.

Bought a new 4k TV so I decided to upgrade to the Premiere 4k version. This is the 3rd Roku in my house. They're so simple to setup and use. And at a great price. Recent addition of Apple Airplay makes it a no-brainer.

The Roku is one of the best smart streaming devices I’ve used. It’s easy to set up, easy to use, and has so many services all in one place. Great for the price.

Love this product. What a great way to upgrade my old flat panel into a smart tv so that my family can take advantage of streaming services. I hate electronics and I figured out how to use with minimal frustration.
