I bought this one and the other streaming roku as well. Again when comparing this device everything works fine and easy to work and set-up. However, I am still investigating why this cost more than the Fire stick. Differences in the channels do not explain it. Both provide free channels as well as premium ones. Sound quality while advertised is restricted based on your own TV sound quality. Speed? Again based on your internet. Therefore something I noticed is nothing compares the roku vs. the fire in terms of explaining the difference in price. Will keep as I have in places where I don't have fire stick.

This roku is a great tool to stream movies and videos on any tv in the house. I also use it to stream Xfinity without have to pay monthly for another cable box. Highly recommended! I only wish this version came with a voice remote.

I like that I can attach this with velcro to the bottom of the TV and hide it. Not another bulky box sitting around. It does what it's supposed to do and I got a good price on sale. Travels well since it's so small.

The Roku Premier streaming box is a very functional and capable streamer. It offers a plethora of free content and access to the most popular paid services. I bought this on the promise that the IMSA channel would allow me to watch the races. Well it does - sort of. You can only watch a subset of replays - no live races are shown. This alone is my reason for returning it. The interface left something to be desired. The remote has the volume buttons on the edge and these are right where I pick up the device. I had several no-audio troubleshooting sessions before I realized the volume was muted. The menu system is set as a continuous loop, leading to some frustration while learning the system. Returning to the main screen after selecting a setting or option returns you to the top of the home screen (channel list). I find it simply lacking attention to the user experience. I would add that an audio out SPDIF or Optical port would be greatly appreciated by those of us with still functioning older equipment without HDMI controls.

I have used the ROKU devices for many years. I waited for Black Friday to purchase this, because it was half price. I love it. It is very fast and so easy to use. Of all the streaming devices, the ROKU platform is the best.

I LOVE this Roku device. I tried one to replace a fire stick in my master bedroom and now I replaced another firestorm in a gues bedroom. So easy and so much better than the firestorm. Highly recommend.

I loved my roku. It is a great option for non-smart TVs. Eventually wish i would have just gotten the speach button model since it is tedious to type. Amazing product for the price.

This is my first Roku purchase, I actually have three Apple TV's. The Roku has all the same apps and is much less expensive. The biggest benefit for me is that the Roku streams Hulu in 5.1. Glad I made this purchase.

Buying a Roku has set me free from high cable bils. The device works great! It’s consistent, high quality picture/video, and easy to setup and use. I wish I would have bought it years ago!

We cut the cable and have started using streaming services instead, Roku has been the backbone of our network and we are very pleased

This offers so much for me. Free stuff, 4k HDR , great selection of apps. So easy to get rid of cable with this & my Switch. The only negative is the remote. It's basic but the buttons feel stiff.

Very easy to settup and makes access to streaming media more convenient than going through the tv apps. We upgraded from an old version of Roku and this is much faster.

We recently upgraded our old Roku box with this one to go with our new 4K TV. Works as promised, and is a much needed improvement over our old box. Provides excellent picture quality with no problems in our experience. Easy set up.

We bought this to replace a broken internal wireless card in our tv. It is great having all the streaming applications in one place. This product is easy to setup and has been working great so far. So far, very pleased.

This is the best of the Roku devices in my opinion. It has been so reliable. I upgraded from a stick that was always lagging, freezing and rebooting. I have not had one issue with this one. Thank you ROKU!

The price was very reasonable. The delivery was exactly on time as promised. It was very easy to install and setup. The only thing I would point out about this product is there's no on/off button. I have to use a different remote control to turn off. Other than that, I'm pretty happy with my purchase.

Excellent streaming stick. 4K version and very easy to set up. I can use my mobile phone as a remote. One thing is missing to me: where is the web browser? Amazon Fire Tv comes with Silk browser.

This newer model of Roku works perfectly. We had a previous model (several years ago) and needed a newer one to get some of the apps that had come out in the last few years. Great price ! It works great everyday without a problem!

Roku is an easy way to access multiple media sources on a smart tv with older software. It solves many compatibility issues enabling lots of entertainment options. Easy to install, set up and start using. The interface is easy to use.

We needed to replace our 3 yr old ROKU. The remote was not responding well. Programming was glitchy. Now it's running well. No more buffering or error signals. Easy to set up. Glad we upgraded.
