Great for streaming if you have an older tv that doesnt have built in streaming great price would by more at that price.

This streaming device has been a life saver during Covid! Super easy to install and affordable enough to put one on every tv in the house!!

Just a few minutes to set and use. Streams wonderfully, no interruptions or skips- I have 4 of them in the house now.

I just picked this up because our 6 year old Roku device is finally having hiccups. It's not dead yet, but it's old enough to finally replace. I felt like my original Roku purchase was so well worth it that here I go again, purchasing another one. Once you've got everything dialed in on it, it's a streamers delight! My favorite feature is that you have full function of the Roku app on the new one, unlike my older version that was not able to use all functions of the Roku mobile app. Maybe I'm mis-remembering but it also seems like the prices are going down on these! A great value for all of the work this thing does at our house! Roku is a winner!

The media player is quite small however don't let the size fool you. It works functionally very well. The remote control key (pads) are simplistic in design & utility. Remote works up to 20-25 ft. without complications. It's easier to navigate on the web site (within your account) to add apps instead of via the media player. It takes about 3-5 minutes to set up account since you must "scroll" through the "keyboard" on screen to establish account (only downside).

We purchased a 4K TV for my father-in-law, and with that a 4K-capable Roku. Same great interface, with the option to stream 4K Netflix (if you add that to your Netflix subscription).

I used to hook up my laptop to stream Xfinity to my kitchen TV. Even though I didn't stream a lot, it was tedious to do it that way, plus I couldn't work on my computer while viewing the TV. I bought this Roku 4K, installed it on the TV and it's good to go. The picture quality is very good and there are free movies to watch from Roku, plus lots of apps to access. It's economical, as you don't have to rent the Xfinity box. The remote is simple, so you may have to do a little more work than if you had an Xfinity remote, but I don't mind. I'm glad I bought it.

Do yourself a favor and throw your firestick away and replace it with one of these. Much faster, same ease of use.

my mom doesn't have a smart tv and casting from her phone is overly complicated for her. This is nice, basic, and inexpensive for her older HD non smart TV

I chose this Roku because it is designed for 4k tvs as well as Ultra HD. This item is so easy to set up and absolutely easy to use. I would recommend this product to any age.

This version of Roku is much easier to navigate with than my the older model. It’s also smaller and more sleek so it’s not really noticeable on the entertainment unit.
