    I was disappointed in this streambar. The sound is not as clear through it as it is just using the TV.

    Honestly I'm not completely satisfied that I made a great choice. The sound is the same quality and intensity as my TV. I did think my sound quality would be better with it

      Hi Blanca, thank you for your feedback. For optimum sound performance, ensuring you have proper placement is key. Be sure that the front edge of your Streambar is flush with the front edge of the shelf it’s placed on. You'll also want to avoid placing it inside a closed space like a cabinet or TV stand.

      As an additional tip, you can fine-tune your listening experience by adjusting settings like sound modes, speech clarity, and volume modes. This should help to tailor the audio settings to your liking.

    It sometimes causes a buzzing and loud vibration noise when the TV is turned off… At times it is slow to respond too… I must mute the TV before turning it off…

    Not all that great. For the price it is not terrible but if you’re wanting big sound and and a media player. You might as well wait until they come out with a newer one since it was last made in 2020. So you’re buying and almost 4 year old product.

    I would have to say that the sound quality is average. It may be considered premium for the type of device it is but that is all.

    Would be better if it had easier sound controls. Little bit heavy on the bass. Overall good purchase. Just wish i had seen the better one first.

    I love Roku but this soundbar is really glitchy. Every time I watch Netflix the sound cuts out and i have to turn the Roku off and on.

    The product has some nice features and speaker performs well. Do have connectivity issues when watching a couple of different apps, lags and picture will black out when scrolling through programs. I have been unable to get a fix from anybody.

    Roku Streambar

    Works fine. However, the fact that it disables all other audio on my TV makes connection to listen privately impossible. I called - they wanted to upset to the more expensive model. If I knew that (should have known?) that it will disconnect audio outs, I would not purchase this device!!!. I had returned the ULTRA because of poor reception. It had the remote to which you could connect headphones

      Hi there, thank you for the feedback. Once a Streambar is connected to your system, it becomes the primary source of audio.

      However, you can always use our mobile app to take advantage of private listening! Simply pair your Roku streaming device with your phone or tablet like a digital remote, open the Roku mobile app, and look for the headphones icon. However, please know that when private listening is activated with headphones, users will not hear audio from the Streambar speakers.

    I was enjoying the sound bar until it started making this annoying sound. It does so intermittently and I would have to restart the whole television to have it stop. Sometimes it starts right back up. I know it’s the Roku because nothing is interrupted on the screen. I’ll call customer service and see what they can do but so far Issa no for me right now.

    I don't know if I have a bad Roku or not it doesn't always pick up my Wi-Fi signal in the house is constantly looking for Wi-Fi with the stupid circle that goes around and around I'm not sure I can recommend this item it may have to go back or maybe they'll do an update on it I don't know yet

    The sound on this is pretty good for its size. However, the actual device is TERRIBLE. We have had so many issues with it working. It constantly has issues playing shows/movies. It will freeze up and skip and just works terrible. We have 3 other regular 4K Roku devices and have had 0 issues with them. STAY AWAY.

    Disappointing sound

    Disappointed with the sound quality. Roku UI is snappy but the device still doesn't power down when pressing power on/off button on the remote. Quality of remote is good but volume buttons on the side takes some getting used to.
