    Can't be wall mounted.

    No wall mount option! Most sound bars come with the holes and slots so it can be wall mounted this is not an option for this soundbar.

    Decent concept. Bad construction. No support.

    Unusable after 6 months. Incredible slow To start and scroll the Home Screen. Often it simply reboots after failing to retrieve Netflix or other programs. Now the speakers are crackling so bad that it’s time for a replacement. Serial number/QR code invalid to file for replacement at Roku. Best Buy willing to “give the phone number to Roku” but Roku doesn’t do phone support. They don’t take emails for replacements if your SN doesn’t work. Never worked that well, really. Slower than the steaming sticks and other models right out of the box. Sound was comparable with with spending this money on a stick AND a cheap sound bar. At the price of the pair, you can just replace the stick when it fails in a year and save some money. Skip this product.

    Worked for 3 hours then froze. When I reset it, it did nothing. Then it wouldnt turn back on. Huge waste of money.

    Worst TV streaming app

    You will be stuck with your builtin TV app, as your Roku will not respond most of the times, and their customer support is horrible. If I want to use it I have to reset everytime and sometime it will respond sometime wont. Do your self a favor and buy apple TV or Fire.

    speaker went out fairly quick. static and even my roku tv went out. overall terrible. i keep my surround sound and the other add ons and so far no problem. now i run a 4k sony 85k model i believe. connected fine but soundbar static still.

    Purchased several Roku devices to run on all of my TV. I use You Tube TV (checked to make sure they support which they did) and now they stopped supporting You Tube TV? Every other streaming service does. Frustrated that I bought Roku now it is garbage. Feels like a bait and switch. Will never purchase Roku anything again.

    It’s glitchy and doesn’t work correctly with the control and TV sound. Big mistake buying this. Wont even let me use my headphones when watching content - THUMBS DOWN!!

      Hello, this certainly isn’t the kind of experience we’d hope you would have and we are here to help.

      In order to control the sound settings seamlessly, you'll want to double-check the settings on your TV since ARC and related features may be disabled by default. It's also important to check the status of a related setting called HDMI-CEC (or just CEC) and make sure it is enabled. If CEC is disabled, you will not be able to use your Streambar remote to turn on or off your TV, or your TV remote to control volume on your Streambar.

      As a tip, if you'd like to utilize private listening with your favorite headphones, be sure to download the Roku mobile app. Simply select the headphones icon to listen and you're all set!

      As a reminder, you may want to try finding a cooler location for your Roku player. For example, avoid placing the unit in direct sunlight, or inside a cabinet (or other enclosed space). Similarly, avoid placing the unit on top of other electronic devices such as cable boxes, routers, or audio/video receivers, as these also tend to emit heat.
