I bought this to replace an aging streaming stick. The sound quality is very good and an improvement from the built in TV speakers. It's in a bedroom and may not be enough for a larger room. I also have 4 ROKU TVs so I'm familiar with the ROKU OS so setup is very easy for me. I don't need any built in DVR since HULU TV provides 200 hrs of cloud storage. This is a good purchase for someone who's cutting the cord.

Great sound for the size, perfect for the bedroom, easy to set and use

Very easy to set up. Now we have less cords and it takes up less space but produces a better sound. Sound is really good for the size. I can hear the fine details very good. It adjusts audio so you don't have to hold the remote for a loud commercial or soft speaking in a movie. Love that feature. Great product. Would but again.

Works as expected & sounds better than expected. I'm using it in the bedroom at night so I haven't turned it up real loud, but it has a nice clear and rich sound. And for it's size the base is pretty descent. I got it on sale, so definitely worth the $50 more versus just the stick.

We downsized into a senior townhome and the Roku Streambar is perfect for our home. Added bonus was going to only 2 remotes from 3. Sound is great! We’ve used Roku devices for years and they have always been reliable.

sounds fantastic! amazing is the sounds that I generated from this little sound bar. very impressed. I have another sound bar that has a sub and this little thing sounds much fuller. you can also run this with the tv off, which is good for going to bed with some soothing ambient sounds in the background.

The Roku Streambar has quality sound and is very easy to use.

This made my old "non-smart" TV with terrible sound so much better! I already have Roku on my other TVs and love it, so adding it here with the built-in sound bar worked so well for me. This sound bar also has great sound. I'm very happy with this overall for the Black Friday price I paid!

Best sound and best product for the price that I have seen on the market.

I originally purchased a compact sound bar and had to return it because it was horrific. I stumbled upon this Roku player sound-bar combination and decided to take a chance. It proved an awesome decision and meet all my compact sound bar needs plus upgraded my Roku player.

Great product. This was an upgrade from a years-old early version of Roku. Great improvement as to connectivity, video quality, and the sound is great from this small sound bar. The pricing of the product is also very reasonable for the product delivered. I highly recommend this product. The only negative is that the connection between my phone and Roku for remote control purposes is unstable.

Great speaker for a small room TV! Looks good, sounds good, and easy to use.

If you are shopping for a steaming device as well as a sound bar, it makes sense to buy it. TT The Roku devices, IMHO, have the best (clean, easy to use) interface. With Airplay 2 / HomeKit built in (as well as DIAL casting and screen mirroring for Android users - although it is a little buggy), Roku is a clear winner to me. The built in speakers are pretty good (but not exceptional - based on most expert reviews and I concur). If your TV has good enough sound, then it makes sense to buy a lower priced stick (or buy their top of the line model, Ultra, if you really need the extras). But go with a 4K model that has Airplay built in. I have not finished testing the built in airplay functionality yet (it does not seem to work as well as an Apple TV but I have not formed a strong opinion yet). Also I find it not suitable for use on a computer monitor unless you are ready to leave the monitor on all the time or you are willing to turn it off/on manually. I think this is a design error by Roku (it will not shut off the video signal if you push the off button on the remote).
