As a soundbar it ok. Good for smaller rooms like a bedroom or dormroom. Not what I would use as a main TV watching room. We bought it on sale for like 80 buck. Would buy again at that price, but not the full $140.

Live in an apartment building & perfect accessory for master bedroom. No worries with neighbors & sound. The sound quality is awesome for something this size, even w/out subwoofer. Have larger streambar pro in livingroom. Also a great device for condos, apts. kids or guest rooms. Very happy with purchases!

Bought this to supplement a Samsung smart TV that is 4 years old. The TV was having issues with streaming so I bought this and it has resolved my issue. This is the 5th Roku Inhave owned over the years and like the added benefit of the sound at on this item.

The speakers on the corner edges provide a surround like sound. For the price, this is one easy way to get good sound and transform a non smart tv into a smart one. My only wish is for it to work better with existing surround sound components and wiring. If this is not a concern, it is a good way to get a pseudo surround sound on a budget.

I loved it so much, I bought 5 more on Christmas deals. 2 outdoor tvs (not smart tvs), Livingroom tv (not smart tv), kitchen tv (older smart tv), bedroom tv (older smart tv), and one extra for my crafts room when I get that put together.

I have not had any problems with any part of this product. It works great and I would buy it again if I had to have another one for a different TV.

You can control the Streambar speaker volume with the included Roku Remote. One downside for my setup is that the monitor I have isn't compatible with with the Roku Remote (or maybe any remote).

Sound quality is great. User interface is bright and easy to navigate. Looking forward to catching unit on sale for second purchase. Don't wait for sale if you don't have one it's great buy at regular price!

Soundbar for Older TV

Once it connected, it worked ok, with decent, but not great sound. Slight improvement from built-in tv speakers. About a month in, stopped working and Roku tech support rep concluded it was defective and should be returned to store. Did not replace it with another product.

The 4K resolution is Amazing! The Sound quality is perfectly suffice for what it purpose serves! I was really impressed how you can also get Live TV. I recommend it!

Instead of confining it to the trash heap, I chose to turn it into a "dumb" TV and hooked up this soundbar to get an instant Roku upgrade along with improved sound! Win-win!

The only issue is that it has to be disconnected from my TV when I want to watch the cable channels. For some reason the sound will not come though when using the cable box.
