I wish that this could be corrected. The sound is constant when I use Roku in all other programming.

We replaced the 1st one with the Streambar as the previous one was old and had reached the end of it's economic life. The 2nd on is in our vacation house and works perfectly as well. Love Roku!

I gave only four stars because the audio isn't that great. It is pretty decent compared to an Echo Dot or Show but for a TV Sound Bar... The audio is ok. May adding the subwoofer would improve it but the box implies the sound will stand out. The 5-6 year old Sony sound bar that this one replaced had better sound.

I needed this one foe my home office to hook up to my 27in gaming monitor. I did not want to buy a tv and use as a monitor because i wanted to utilize my gaming for its intended purpose but watch netflix etc..

A double solution on a budget

Most 4K streams look great. Will only recognize certain brands of USB Ethernet dongles. Had a few crashes since purchase. Not enough to return it, but enough to be annoying. It’s $99 for a reason folks. Overall, a good value.

Bought this for the 5.1 audio

Turns a non-smart TV into one.

Maybe it’s just me. But I used HDMI, and optic. Couldn’t get sound. Gave it to a cousin who used it seamlessly with his off brand tv that’s about 10 years old. Good for some applications, I guess? But not all.

Would like there to be more control for the audio. Sometimes music can be overly muted (I attribute this to some type of audio processing within the unit). I don't have this issue with my other sound bars or surround sound systems in the house.

Private Listening
