Need to clear cache often, especially on Netflix. Creates some horrible popping sounds from the speaker when cache is full. As a sound bar I'd say its mid level. Better than a $10 sound bar, but not as good as other $100 soundbars.

Voices are more intelligible than side firing TV speakers but you are better off with a cheaper Vizio, Sony or the Bose tV speaker so solve your voice intelligibly issues. Also the streaming Roy OS is mucus more glitchy in the stream and than the $29 Express+. There is more value in getting the separate Roku streamer with HDR10+ and a smoother Os experience than to use the cheaper streamer built into the streambar

When this soundbar worked with my SONY Bravia TV, it was great. But while my previous Roku stick was fine, this soundbar worked with some channels, crashed others, went into limbo with others. I emailed support; nor reply. Chatted with online support, couldn't fix issue, promised to escalate; never heard. Emailed again. No reply. Went to Twitter for Roku support. No reply. Called the support line in Britain. Disconnected twice. Had to return it.

As a tip, you'll want to be sure that you are using the HDMI port on your TV labeled ARC. If you do not use the HDMI port labeled ARC, you need to connect the included optical cable to get audio from your TV and connected devices to your Streambar.

We returned it for this reason. The Roku part of it, however, was excellent and the voice remote worked everytime.
