Doesn't seem to be as fast to respond an my older Roku Ultra, but that's not a big deal. The sound quality is just OK but I expect that'll get better when I add a sub and more speakers.

This cable came with the soundbar . Very minor issue but I can’t give a perfect rating if there are any issues.

The OS often lags and needs to buffer video compared to Roku Ultras we have in other rooms. Overall still a solid option and has been going strong for over a year.

Randomly apps would start disappearing and it seemed like the storage of the device was just failing. Stuff would take forever to load, even the main menu that requires no internet. Couldn't take it anymore and just returned it.

Freezes on commercials for Youtube TV

It randomly freezes a blank screen on Youtube TV commercials. I sent requested details to Roku 6 weeks ago and have had no response. I made a ticket and they asked for details but nothing since. It freezes within 10 minutes or it may play 2 hours then freeze. The sound is great but it is unreliable and customer service will not respond to my requests. The Roku Ultra requires double clicks for muting and the Streambar freezes so I cannot recommend Roku products.

Posted .Hello, This is certainly not the kind of experience we would hope for you to have and this does not sound like typical behavior. Is this only happening on YouTube TV or does this happen on other channels, too?
Sometimes, performing a system restart on the player can resolve this. Other times, you might need to uninstall and reinstall the affected channels, check the status of your wireless connection, or contact the channel's service provider.
