    I researched and really studied to pick this out. Only complaint....it will NOT work with Netflix. None of the fixes work. I use Netflix 50% of the time so I'm disappointed and missed the return period

      Hello Kim, help is here! If you're having trouble accessing Netflix, we have a troubleshooting step that might help. Please try to uninstall and reinstall your Netflix app by doing this step. Press Home and navigate your remote, go to your Netflix tile, and highlight the app. Then press the star * button and select Remove app. After removing the app. try to perform the system restart, Press Home> Setting>System>Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step>System restart. Then reinstall the Netflix app by Pressing Home>Search. Additionally, please make sure that your device has the latest Software version you can refer to this FAQ article available at https://support.roku.com/article/208755668. If the issue persists please contact us directly at https://support.roku.com/contactus.
