    Easy to connect sub and 4 surround speakers. Built in roku works great but the sounbar rarely puts out any sound. If Surround speakers are disconnected the sounbar plays. So, in effect I paid around $180 for something that almost never ouputs any sound. I could have purchased a $30 roku and had the same experience. Tech support for this device is non existent.

    I am not too happy with the sounds coming from the Roku Soundbar. The highs and the lows are not significant enough to make a difference.

    Brand new device still has issues with the apps. Tried to exchange it and was told I can't. It still has issues and nobody is doing anything about it. 0 stars don't recommend.

    I have owned Roku products for a long long time. Since the first generation of Rokus came out. Excellent products BUT i have experienced a few DUDS (cough cough Roku2) …. Well, i am having flashbacks of that particular DUD with this sound bar. Everything works great up until it “glitches” and loses connection then resets itself. So do more research and find out what other people are experiencing?

    Not the greatest sound

    I am disappointed with the sound of the streambar pro. We have been Ruku users for 3 years and totally pleased with their streaming platform, so pleased we have it on 5 televisions in our house. Sound not so much, plus if I want to add surround speakers it only supports Roku speakers even though it is bluetooth. If music plays at the same time as there are vocals the streambar lowers the voice level until the music stops and then you hear the voice volume raise noticeably. I was hoping to add surround speakers that I already have to see if thar helps. Doesn't work that way, they must be Roku surround speakers. Not sure I want to add Roku surround speakers to a system that is not acceptable to begin with. They should also give you a heads up that other speakers are not compatible when the soundbar is purchased.

    The sound is great but I have had it for a few months now and turning the tv off is a pain in the butt at the power buttons don’t work. Also most times I have trouble streaming Netflix movies and I would think it would be my internet but it never happens with any other app. Lastly when I wake up in the morning it doesn’t seem to turn on I just see a black screen I can hear the buttons clicking but no video until I get up and press the reset button. Honestly if getting my money back was an option I would.

    Complete miss. Streaming quality is not great even with the wireless router in the same room. Sound quality is OK. You'll need a usb to ethernet adapter to connect directly. When I tried that, the apps continually crashed. This soundbar Roku combo couldn't even play an 8 minute YouTube video without crashing. Returned this real fast

    I had been using a Roku 4K+ with Sony Bravia TV speakers and wanted to upgrade the sound quality so I considered the Streambar Pro 4K. The Best Buy guy tried to talk me into a different soundbar, but I had already made up my mind. I should have listened to the expert advice, because what I ended up with was not much better than what I had. This system really needs the expensive add-on wireless speakers and sub-woofer bass unit that almost triple the price.

      Hi there, we're so sorry to hear about your troubles. It sounds like you've tried many resolutions and we'd like to offer a few more tips incase you're still having issues.

      Your wireless speakers are designed to be placed within 30 feet of your Roku host device. Make sure that your speakers are not too far from your Roku host device. Another common connection roadblock is that the speaker is paired to another Roku host device. To resolve, press and hold the Reset button on the back of the speaker for 10 seconds, and then listen for audible instructions to try pairing again.

      Additionally, wireless interference could cause pairing troubles. Avoid installing your wireless speakers near other wireless devices like your wireless router or a microwave. It is best to have direct line of sight from each speaker to your Roku host device with no electronics, metal, or concrete obstructing the path.

    Good sound and worked great for two weeks, now locks up and loses sound. Have to restart it to get sound back up. Frustrating!!
