I purchased one of these several months ago. After 2 - 3 months the sound would intermittently go off. The only resolution ROKU support could offer was to restart the tv system but it was only a matter of a short time before I lost sound again. I finally got ROKU to send me a warranty replacement which I've had for a couple of months and now that's starting to do the same thing. The sound is okay when it's working but the soundbar is unreliable.

The product itself is great but I’ve never before had to reconnect to my internet every time I turn it on. I’ve tried stopping the save bandwidth but nothing helps

Works great in our Camper. Complete unit with Roku and speakers. Along with a mobile hot spot ( provided by my internet provider) - We are able to stream in our camper and watch the shows we enjoy at home. I highly recommend

BestBuy Doesn’t Honor Manufacturer’s Warranty

I don’t recommend purchasing this from BestBuy unless you are ready to buy their added protection plan each time you have an issue with it. Aparently if you are past the 14 or 30 day return policy (depending on the type of item), but less than the 1 year manufacturer warranty you would need to have purchased the protection plan if decides to act up and you need it replaced. And once they exchange it you will have to buy the protection plan again in order to have it protected beyond their return policy again. Whats the point of selling a product with a 1 year warranty if you don’t honor/support it. Might have well ordered it from Roku directly. Sadly more and more BuestBuy is doing less and less to take care of their customers.

Sounds great for its size and love the option of a subwoofer. Took away 2 stars because it has frozen quite often and had to restart.
