    Sounds great for its size and love the option of a subwoofer. Took away 2 stars because it has frozen quite often and had to restart.

      Hello Dave, thanks for sharing. This sounds a bit unusual. It's important to note that all Roku devices should have a stable internet connection to avoid a playback issue. You can check the connection by going to Home > Network > Check Network Connection. Additionally, try restarting your Wi-Fi router. You can also try moving your router and Roku device to a higher location in the room. Also, ensure your TV does not block the wireless signal to the Roku device.     BestBuy Doesn’t Honor Manufacturer’s Warranty

    I don’t recommend purchasing this from BestBuy unless you are ready to buy their added protection plan each time you have an issue with it. Aparently if you are past the 14 or 30 day return policy (depending on the type of item), but less than the 1 year manufacturer warranty you would need to have purchased the protection plan if decides to act up and you need it replaced. And once they exchange it you will have to buy the protection plan again in order to have it protected beyond their return policy again. Whats the point of selling a product with a 1 year warranty if you don’t honor/support it. Might have well ordered it from Roku directly. Sadly more and more BuestBuy is doing less and less to take care of their customers.

    Didn't "Upgrade"!

    This "Streaming Bar" would not work with my2006 LG 45" flat screen (not "smart" but "reasonable intelligent" TV. So I returned it for another Roku device after being told my TV was too old for this device and maybe I should "upgrade" to a newer "smart" one. It took me about .00001 seconds too decide (I didn't buy a new tv).

    Bought and used for a day, the sound is definitely lacking. I went with the regular Roku Streambar because of the improved sound. This is still a decent streaming/speaker setup and most people would be fine with the lesser sound quality. Other than that it’s the same old Roku you know and love.

    Overall a worthwhile purchase. The only thing it seems to be missing is the microphone option. That would've made it a 5 star.

    Better than tv speakers but not enough for me being a picky audiophile. We wanted slightly better audio from our Roku TV when used as an Airplay device for multi room music. This did not do the job. But it is a nice little device and will be perfect for others.

    Before you purchase the ROKU Streambar, be sure what type of HDMI-ARC your TV has. If your TV has an "eARC", it will not work. I purchased the Streambar only to discover it would not work on my Samsung TV.

    I was mistaken thinking Roku supported DolbyVision in this streambar. I was wrong. HDR-10 doesn't compare to DolbyVision. - Had to return

    The sound wasn’t as expected. It made my small room feel even smaller. The Bluetooth also disconnected after a few minutes which makes it useless as a music player. This isn’t worth checking out. Invest in something more expensive.

    Great Until it Wasn't!

    Worked great for the first 5 days and on the 6th day it failed with no sound emitting from the speakers. Tried a full reboot which failed to bring back the sound. Next up a factory reset which also failed to restore the sound function. Returned for a full refund after that. It worked great before the sound failure, I guess I just got a bad unit.

    If your TV doesn't have the available hook ups it's not something that you can utilize. The Speaker isn't what we were hoping for in addition to not being able to utilize this unit. Disappointed & we have returned it. (Roku on the other hand is an awesome product, without the Speaker)
