Roku Soundboard SE sounds great

Awful Customer Service

Purchased this item and it did not get brought out with the TV and other items that were purchased because the employees forgot that they had set it aside. I did not know that it was not loaded in my car until I got home. Called customer service and they were ZERO help and could not even call the store for me to verify it was still there. There was no way for me to call the store directly. I had to drive back to the store (an hour round trip) and there the device was sitting on the counter where the employee left it. Accidents happen, I get that. But the inability to contact the store or get even an iota of help from "customer service" was ridiculous. I will avoid shopping at Best Buy simply because they clearly do not care about the customer experience.

Keeps losing sound

After 2 - 3 months the sound would intermittently go off. The only resolution ROKU support could offer was to restart the tv system but it was only a matter of a short time before I lost sound again. I finally got ROKU to send me a warranty replacement which I've had for a couple of months and now that's starting to do the same thing. The sound is okay when it's working but the soundbar is unreliable.
