It has a vocal boost the helps when you are watching and you can barely understand the the dialog but the action parts blow up your eardums! I love it!

Purchased this item and it did not get brought out with the TV and other items that were purchased because the employees forgot that they had set it aside. I did not know that it was not loaded in my car until I got home. Called customer service and they were ZERO help and could not even call the store for me to verify it was still there. There was no way for me to call the store directly. I had to drive back to the store (an hour round trip) and there the device was sitting on the counter where the employee left it. Accidents happen, I get that. But the inability to contact the store or get even an iota of help from "customer service" was ridiculous. I will avoid shopping at Best Buy simply because they clearly do not care about the customer experience.

Surprising full sounding for it diminutive size.

Aparently if you are past the 14 or 30 day return policy (depending on the type of item), but less than the 1 year manufacturer warranty you would need to have purchased the protection plan if decides to act up and you need it replaced. And once they exchange it you will have to buy the protection plan again in order to have it protected beyond their return policy again. Whats the point of selling a product with a 1 year warranty if you don’t honor/support it. Might have well ordered it from Roku directly. Sadly more and more BuestBuy is doing less and less to take care of their customers.
