I am happy with sound for normal TV. It is not a replacement for a surround sound system, but it is a definite improvement over most internal TV speakers.

Excellent solution for my projector

Came across this product and was quite suprised roku offered such a product. What is nice about it it only requires a single HDMI port to connect it. Have my roku streaming and sound bar built into one. It also can get very loud. Have it on a 20 and its blasting loud. Would recommend to anyone who uses roku streaming and wants a soundbar for better and louder sound quality. Bonus is I got it on sale for $80 instead of the normal retail of $100.

I was pleasantly amazed on how great this little thing is. I work from home and have a computer monitor that has two inputs and after I get off work this thing connects perfectly and has it's own sound so. This allowed me to eliminate my external speaker connections. Very pleased with this purchase.

Overall i think it’s a great addition to any TV that isn’t a smart tv especially the smaller TVs.

Had a nice weight to it and did not feel cheap. The sound out of it was OK, but I personally wanted something with a little more bass so I think if I would’ve paired this with a subwoofer, it would’ve been perfect, but I already had a Roku streaming TV so I didn’t feel that I needed another streaming device along with it.

I purchased it for my hearing impaired mother. The issue I have is that it will not work with other device on the tv, i.e, Fire Stick. Sometimes, it takes a bit longer than usual to turn on and link to tv.

Great sound from a small device!

Only thing I don't like is it doesn't actually turn off...just goes into sleep mode. Kind of weird but whatever, it works. I am really happy with the sound from such a small device.

I hooked up anyway and this thing is awesome. We had a regular long sound bar on our tv and we could turn it all the way up and still couldn't understand what they were saying. With this the problem is fixed very good crisp and clear sound.

Easy to setup. Comes with all the necessary cables etc. Sounds great! Was having issues with lagging on older roku, this solved it. Super fast and smooth now. Another great feature is streaming music from my smartphone while the tv is off with bluetooth. I did not give this 5 stars because of 2 cons. One, there is no option to switch tv inputs with the controller so I have to use my tv controller for that. Number 2 there is no voice control. This is lame but not a dealbreaker. Other than that, I am very pleased with the device.

Posted .Hello! Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear everything went well. This remote might have no buttons to switch the TV input, but we recommend enabling the 1-Touch Play feature. This will allow your TV to automatically switch its active source/input to your Roku player whenever any button on your remote is pressed. To enable this feature, press the Home button on your Roku remote> Settings> Select System> Highlight System audio control and check the box to allow it to> Highlight 1-Touch Play and check the box to enable it as well.
