Make sure all the channels work!

Remote control

I changed the batteries but the only buttons working are the On/Off switch and volume switch. I have had other Roku sticks so hoping this is an anomaly. Price is great but not so much considering it didn't last long.

Lacks some basic features

BEST BUY SERVICE IS QUESTIONABLE

I WROTE BACK TO GET THE EMAIL RESENT, BUT NOTHING ON YOUR END. BOTTOM LINE, BAD BUSINESS AND VERY HARD TO NAVIGATE TO GET TO SOMEONE WHO CARES.
