    Roku remote

    The remote after two weeks does not work. Returning it to the store. On off is only item on Roku that works. I have ordered others that have been just fine.

    The Roku YouTube channel does not work. I’ve troubleshooted to try to fix it without success. I was chatting with a rep for an hour and gave up.

    Remote control

    Bought mine in October and now the remote is not working. I changed the batteries but the only buttons working are the On/Off switch and volume switch. I have had other Roku sticks so hoping this is an anomaly. Price is great but not so much considering it didn't last long.

    Should tell you on outside package that it doesn’t include usb cable. It’s on the inside box. Had to make a separate trip to the store
