    pretty sluggish UI and disappointing that it's missing basic features like google cast and airplay. I'd recommend paying a little extra for the + model.

    THE REMOTE DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. YOU SENT ME AN EMAIL TO RETURN IT, BUT I LOST THE EMAIL. I WROTE BACK TO GET THE EMAIL RESENT, BUT NOTHING ON YOUR END. BOTTOM LINE, BAD BUSINESS AND VERY HARD TO NAVIGATE TO GET TO SOMEONE WHO CARES.

    Spent 2 hours on the phone with Roku support, after lots of troubleshooting they advised me to return this to store for replacement, the replacement worked perfectly

    The item keeps getting an Error that states the hdmi cable doesn’t work. I should, ymthe item just doesn’t work. Trashed it and went with Apple TV.
