Makes streaming easy and the user interface is easy to navigate.

For someone who isn't tech savvy, this product supplied easy instructions to get it up and running with DirecTV, but I had a struggle to understand how to get other streaming services attached without getting charged an additional fee because I already subscribed to them on my main TV. However, in the end, it's just a matter of learning and understanding how to learn the remote. I also like it very much because the salesman saved me a lot of money from purchasing a smart TV when I didn't need one.

I enjoy the fact that it is a very clean and simple menu and has a very stable connection.

I got a 32 inch fire tv that just wouldnt work without having to be reset every 3 months. This fixed that immediately. The roku stick does exactly what it says exactly like it says and takes the tv from unit to unit. Im not digging on fire tv. Google tv is great. Fire tv is okay. Roku is the toyota camry of tv. Its not flashy but it is a reliable workhorse that withstands the rigor of being used constantly by kids.

Works perfectly as expected. Resolution is good and no lag while watching. Infact better than watching from the TV Inbuilt Apps. Remote works well but can be bit sturdy. The battery cover on the back of remote became loose and started falling off.

Very easy to set up! Works perfectly. Would consider getting another for other TVs in the home.

Love Roku in general but this generation is great. Very easy to use and simplified enough that newer smart TV users can figure out navigation.

I recently changed service providers as I wanted to cut cable(cost) and start streaming. Everyone I talked to praised Roku. After considerable thought I decided to give Roku a try. I am glad I did and I am very happy with their product. So much so after using Roku Ultra I returned to Best Buy and bought two Roku sticks. That in a nutshell tells what I think of their product. Now if I could get to talk to a real person instead of AI machine or use Chat I would be very happy. I would think “Life is good” even at my age!

I love the Roku Streaming Stick. You plug the streaming stick into the adapter on the back of your tv and you’re good to go

I love this Roku device it works really great I don’t need to use spectrum cable box anymore they have so many different options with the RokuI recommended it to anyone who wants to use it.

Its a easy setup and program. I used the product for a HD TV (i know its old lol). The home screen has a lot of ads and additional features. which is simple to adjust and remove. During weak internet signals or if the app itself crashes, the roku stick will automatically restart it.
